妇产科手术室麻醉药品管理探讨

[摘要]目的探讨妇产科手术室中麻醉药品的管理方法。方法选取该院2016年妇产科手术室麻醉药品使用管理的所 有资料，前半年该院使用常规麻醉药物管理方法进行管理，后半年使用新型麻醉药物管理模式，将两组资料进行对比。结果新型麻醉药物管理模式的各项指标均优于常规管理，其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用新型麻醉药物管理模式能够有效的对麻醉药品进行管理，提髙麻醉医生的满意程度，减少麻醉所需时间，具有非常髙的临床应用价值。

Study on Management of Narcotics in Operating Room in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the management method of narcotics in operating room in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods All data of use management of narcotics in operating room in the department of gynecology and ob-stetrics in our hospital in 2016 were selected and the data in the first half of a year used the routine narcotics management method for management, while the data in the second half of a year used the newly narcotics management model for man-agement, and the data were compared. Results Various indexes of newly narcotics management model were better than those of routine management, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of newly narcotics management model can effectively manage the narcotics, improve the satisfactory degree of anesthesiologist and decrease the anesthesia time, which is of extremely high clinical application value.

作为一种作用在精神上的特殊药品，麻醉药非常容
易在使用后产生强烈的依赖性，而妇产科手术室的麻醉 药品管理不当，更容易造成不可估量的危害[1-2]。为保证
手术室中大量的麻醉药物得到妥善的管理，防止出现因
使用麻醉药品导致严重问题，避免药品滥用，应制定出 符合《麻醉药品管理办法》等相关规定且更加有效的管 理体制，并将这种管理措施落实到位。该次新型管理制 度的实施结果将与常规管理实施结果进行对比，对比材 料为该院2016年所有使用麻醉药品的妇产科手术资 料，现对比报道如下。
1资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取该院2016年所有的妇产科手术室麻醉药品使[作者简介]陈菊章（1971-)，女，四川内江人，本科，主治医师，研究方向:妇产科临床麻醉。用管理资料，2016年上半年使用常规麻醉药品管理制度，下半年使用新型麻醉药品管理制度。所有资料均符合 《麻醉药品管理办法》等相关制度的规定，两组资料的基 线资料比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。
1.2方法
2016年1—6月，采用常规麻醉药品管理方法，2016 年7—12月，采用新型麻醉药品管理方法，主要包括药 品信息管理、药品存储管理与药品使用管理3部分。
在进行药品信息管理时，派遣专门的管理人员进行 管理。专职管理的人员必须接受卫生局特殊药品使用管 理专项培训，对相关药品的领取、登记、分配、调剂、管理 等方面熟练掌握，具有初级药师以上的专业证明与麻醉 药品调剂与管理的资格，并能使用计算机系统对特殊药 品进行管理。专职管理人员应配置相关的办公室，禁止 闲杂人等进人。专职管理人员办公使用的电脑应禁止使
