This novel was about an unbelievable but genuine adventure. Its author was a black businessman who was brought up in America. In 1956, he visited Africa, his birthplace. One day, when he was wander ing on the pavement near the bay enjoying the sea scene s, he lost his money and passport that he kept in an envelope. So he went to the embassy to seek help, but the ambassador with rude manner s didn’t permit his staff to help though he bow ed to him. Staring at his impatient face, he understood that it was the fault of his skin colour that account ed for their reaction. So he decided to take a chance to sail on a small boat home.

He met a large amount of difficulty but was never stopped. On the contrary, difficulty pushed him to go ahead harder. Three months later, he was spot ted by a ship by accident. He was in rags indeed. A maid even scream ed when bringing him a steak and pineapple dessert. Aboard, he earned his passage by working as a barber and got home finally. As for the name of his novel, he couldn’t think of a better one than the phrase“Go Ahead”.

2017版《普通高中英语课程标准》最大的特色是: 首先,它有一个全国跨学科的总体框架,在这个统一的框架内让各个学科把各科的学科核心素养做出来。我觉得这个顶层设计非常清晰。 其次,新版课程标准和原英语课标相比,它的维度更加简化。原来画了个复杂的大圆形,现在分成核心素养四大块:语言能力、文化意识、思维品质、学习能力。在强调语言能力、学习能力的同时,突出强调培养学生的文化意识,增强文化自信,培养具有中国情怀、国际视野和跨文化沟通能力的人才。新课标比老课标更简洁。还有一个比较明显的区别是把“思维品质”提升为四大核心素养之一。 再次,原来的语种不太全,这次修订还增加了其他语种,现在英语、法语、西班牙语、德语都有了,语种的增加对中小学语种的布局是有影响的,比以前要全面了。 (一)英语学科核心素养 学科核心素养是学科育人价值的集中体现,是学生通过学科学习而逐步形成的正确价值观念、必备品格和关键能力。各学科凝练提出了本学科的核心素养,明确了学生学习该学科课程后应形成的正确价值观念、必备品格和关键能力,并围绕学科核心素养的落实,精选、重组教学内容,设计教学活动,提出考试评价的建议,目的是切实引导各学科教学在传授学科知识过程中,更加关注学科思想、思维方式等,克服重教书轻育人的倾向,把立德树人根本任务落到实处。英语学科核心素养主要包括语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力。 新课标中首次出现了“核心素养”这一概念,但其实“核心素养”与2003年课标提出的“综合语言运用能力”有一定的对应关系。其中的语言知识和语言技能相结合为核心素养中的“语言能力”部分,情感态度即是“思维品质”,文化意识没有变化,学习策略对应的即为核心素养中的“学习能力”。 2003版课标中提出的综合语用能力,除了对语言知识和语言技能有明确的描述,对于其他几项能力的描述却较为模糊。而新课标提出的“核心素养”要求在语用能力的基础上,新增了对思维品质、文化意识和学习策略的明确描述,对每一项能力如何形成以及形成需要达到的标准都做了更加明确和定性定量的描述,对于老师的教学和学生的学习具有非常重要的指导意义。

全日制高级中学英语教学大纲(供试验用) 中华人民共和国教育部制订 外国语是学习文化科学知识、获取世界各方面信息与进行国际交往的重要工具。为提高中华民族的思想道德素质、文化科学素质和身体心理素质,把我国建设成富强、民主、文明的社会主义现代化国家,教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来,要贯彻德、智、体等方面全面发展的方针,培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律,并在不同程度上掌握一些外国语的各方面的人才。外国语教学有助于对学生进行思想情感教育,有助于学生发展智力、开阔视野和提高文化素养,有助于学生发展个性和特长。因此,外国语被列为我国高级中学的一门基础学科。英语使用的范围很广泛,是高中外语课的主要语种。 一、教学目的 全日制高级中学英语教学的目的,是在义务教育初中英语教学的基础上,巩固、扩大学生的基础知识,发展听、说、读、写的基本技能,培养在口头上和书面上初步运用英语进行交际的能力,侧重培养阅读能力,并使学生获得一定的自学能力,为继续学习和运用英语切实打好基础;使学生在学习过程中受到思想品德、爱国主义和社会主义等方面的教育,增进对外国,特别是英语国家的了解;激发学生的学习兴趣;发展学生的智力,提高他们的观察、注意、记忆、思维和想象等能力。 二、课程安排 高中一年级(必修)4课时X 35(周)=140课时 高中二年级(必修)3课时X 35(周)=105课时 高中三年级(文理科选修)4课时X 26(周)=104课时 高中三年级(实科选修)2课时X 26(周)=52课时 三、教学目标和要求 全日制高级中学英语教学目标分为第一级目标和第二级目标。高中两年要求达到第一级目标,高中三年(文、理科选修)要求达到第二级要求。 高中英语教学的第一级目标应完成下列教学要求: (一)听 1 .能听懂教学大纲词汇表(1 、2)中不带*号的词汇和短语。 2. 能听懂课堂用语和教师用学生所学过的简单英语对新词语意义的解释。 3. 能听懂教师用所学过的英语简要叙述已学课文内容,以及围绕课文内容提出的问题。 4. 能听懂对方在学生所学过的语言范围内,用略慢的语速谈有关日常生活的内容,有时需要对方重复。
