第四章道歉信

一、道歉信的定义

道歉信是要向对方陈述自己不当行为给对方造成不利影响的歉意，或者无法答应对方不违常理的所托的原因。对不愿为的事,可声明自己的一贯主张,对不能为的请托,更应陈述理由,说明自己为什么不能为。

二、道歉信的常用表达

1.首段常用表达

1)I am writing to express my regret that…我写信是想表达我对…的遗憾

2)We are very sorry that we are not in a position to……很抱歉我们不能……

3)I regret to inform you that I can not……很遗憾地告知你我不能……

4)I must apologize about (not) doing sth…对于做了/没做......我必须道歉。

5)Please accept my sincere apology for…请接受我对于......的真诚道歉。

2.中间段落常用表达

1)Unfortunately,somemistakesweremadeand……

很遗憾，发生了某些误会，以至……

2)Wefranklyadmitthatwewereatfaultandweareanxioustocorrecttheconsequences.我们承认过失在于我方，我们愿意弥补损失。

3.结尾段常用表达

1)Imustapologizeforanyinconvenienceitmayhavecausedyou.

为此事可能给您带来的不便，深表歉意。

2)Wehopethatthishasnotcausedyouanyinconvenience.

我们希望这没有给你们带来不便。

3)Withapologiesonceagain./Withmanyapologies.

再次表示抱歉。/十分抱歉。

4)I am sorry that I can’t… but trust that you will be able to understand.

很抱歉我不能......，但我相信，你会理解的。

三、道歉信格式模板
