七 .活动规则：
1、每名参赛选手演讲时间不超过5分钟；
2. 每名参赛选手自己所朗读的文章.,可以持稿朗读,也可以以脱稿朗读, 脱稿朗读每
人加1----3分.
3、要求参赛选手发音清晰，单词发音基本准确，语音语调较规范，朗读流利流畅；
4、仪表大方、自然、声音响亮,富有感情色彩. 八、评奖办法：
依据评委的打分，按年级分数高低设置初中组一等奖:七年级两名八、九年级各1名，二
等奖三名，三等奖五名。小学一等奖1人，二等奖1名。中小学鼓励奖若干名。
