高校教风与学风同步建设的典型方法分析

摘要教风和学风对于高等院校的教学质量具有重要影响。本文分析了国内高校当前在教风和学风方面的共性问题,讨论了影响学风的因素,从校园文化、集中整顿与长期培养、激励与约束机制等方面分析了树立良好教风与学风的方法和措施,特别探讨了教风与学风同步和联动建设的问题。

Analysis on Typical Methods of Synchronous Construction for

Teaching and Learning Ethos in Universities

Abstract Both the teaching ethos and learning ethos have important influence on the teaching quality of high schools. Common problems with the teaching and learning ethos in universities of our country nowadays are analyzed. Elements that usually influence the learning ethos are discussed. Methods and measures to build good learning and teaching ethos are investigated for the aspects of campus culture, special rectify programs and long term training, as well as mechanism of excitation and constraining, especially about the synchronous construction of teaching and learning ethos.

0 引言

教风与学风是大学建设和发展过程中的重要着力点,二者密切相关,反映教职员工的精神面貌。随着社会经济建设的快速推进,社会文化以及各种新颖的舆论观点对大学校园带来了不可忽视的影响,教风和学风建设面临着新的挑战,成为高等教育改革与发展中的重要课题。

目前,高校的本科生均出生于1990年以后,成长于社会形势与思想观念发生快速变化的时代,独生子女和较为丰厚的物质条件使其具有开放的思想和较强的创新思维。同时,自主能力和心理承受力较差,自我意识强,在树立良好学风方面有更大的难度。
