PDCA循环法应用于护理临床带教中的效果探讨

【摘要】目的:探讨PDCA循环法在护理临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法采用前后对照试验,将2009年~2010年实习护生34人作为对照组,为传统一对一带教;2011年~2012年实习护生34人作为实验组,采用PDCA循环法带教。以理论考核、操作考核及综合素质测评成绩作为观察指标。结果实验组实习护生的理论考核、操作考核、综合素质测评成绩均显著高于对照组。结论PDCA循环法应用到临床实习带教中有利于提高护理实习生的临床护理能力,有利于提高带教水平,具有科学性和实用性。%Objective to explore the ef ect of the application of PDCA circulation method in clinical nursing practice teaching. Methods In the retrospective control ed experiment, the control group is the nursing interns of 2009 to 2010, teached by way of traditional one-to-one method,while the experimental group, consist of 34 nursing interns of 2011 to 2012,were trained under PDCA circulation method. Objective evaluation criteria include scores of theoretical, operating and comprehensive quality tests. Result The scores of theoretical, operating and comprehensive quality tests of the experimental group were obviously higher than the control group. Conclusion The PDCA circulation teaching method is helpful to improve the clinical nursing ability of nursing interns, to improve the teaching
