3.1所有的雇员（无论在试用期内或已满试用期内）都会得到C-TPAT 要求之有关培训，包括出入管制，货运/现场/运输工具保安，人事保安，以及认识C-TPAT之意义等方面。
3. Responsibility
3.1 All the employees (whether probation period or a full trial period) will get the relevant training as C-TPAT requirements, including access control, cargo / site / transport security, personnel security, and knowledge of C-TPAT, etc.
3.2 公司所有重要的高层雇员须具备防止被欺骗的应变能力和技巧，对于电脑安全方面的维护也须经过培训。

1 向所有员工说明进出大门及在厂区内都必须佩戴有效厂证的重要性，旨在有效控制非准许人员进入本厂

2 所有进出厂区人员的携带物品必须接受保安人员的安全检查，禁止危险品、违禁物等非准许物料的进入，同时有效避免公司财产的流失

11.特别教育员工提高安全意识，全员工参与安全控制。厂区内，如发现没戴识别证且面孔陌生或形迹可疑的，有携带危险品进入的可疑现象，应及时向部门经理报告。向所有员工通告我公司的反恐举报程序，紧急事件联络人名单和联系电话号码。鼓励全体员工积极监督、踊跃举报有恐怖怀疑的现象。如：违反厂规厂纪的行为，状态异常、形迹可疑、拉帮结派现象；密谋内部阴谋；涉疑参与不明组织；与外部勾结有恐怖倾向的。
