英语作文：go shopping

Nowadays, with the booming of the economy and the remarkable improvement of people’s living standard, shopping is an element of our life. There are two main ways about it: shopping online or shopping in stores. As to whether it is a blessing or a curse, however, people take different attitudes.

At present, some people think that shopping online plays an important role in our daily life and it is convenient and efficient. In their view, shopping online can save more time and have more choice to select. In addition, it allows people to compare products and prices between retailers with a couple clicks of the mouse. But on the other hand, others insist that shopping in stores is better. Compared with shopping online, they think shopping in stores is more safe and comfortable. In the first place, people have the desire to go shopping in stores where they could buy the goods as their please, and they may require the discount if possible. Besides, they think shopping online can not personally examine the product you are buying.

However, it is quite natural that people from different backgrounds may have various attitudes towards it. In my opinion, we should just make a choice according to our own needs.
