职业院校学生英语学习能力可持续性发展的实践研究

摘要：职业教育主要核心是职业性，全面发展的职业教育更是强调获得方法能力，要求培养出符合职业标准的具有灵活应对变化着的职业情境的职业人。把研究性学习引入到职业教育中，尤其是职业英语的教与学中，可使学生获得学习英语的主动性，培养学生学习英语的动力，并得到可持续性的发展和提高，养成终身学习的意识。

研究性学习“是全日制普通高中新课程中的一门必修课程，是培养学生创造性思维和创造性能力的重要学习方式，是同学们崇尚科学精神，关注社会热点，探索自然奥秘的重要渠道。”职业教育强调的是职业性，是知识的实践性。“其目的是善于在职业实践中，将所学的相关职业理论知识加以转化，以便内行地应对职业的专门要求。”“全面发展的职业教育更是强调获得方法能力。因为伴随着劳动、学习、闲暇世界的状况越来越复杂、变动越来越剧烈，出现了日益增多值得重视的新的情境，就要求行动着的主体能在新的行动情境中，超越曾经被证明有效的方法和经验，去灵活地创造地与新的未知打交道。”

把研究性学习引入到中等职业学校的职业英语学习中，可以在学习英语文化知识的同时，获得自我学习的能力，与人合作的能力，超强的自信心，培养创新精神。

本项课题的提出是基于下边两个方面：

学生的需求：

本学期学校在进行实践性教学实验中没有指派文化课程的老师进行这为期2个月的教学。在企业，没有英语老师天天跟着；离开老师后，学生还能继续学习英语吗？如何结合工作环境学习英语？如何借助朋友的力量学习英语？

教师的目标：

为探索学生自主学习英语的能力和终身学习的意识培养途径，把研究性学习引入这次专业实践性教学，充分发挥学生的主观能动性，展开一系列活动，进行了研究性学习和项目教学的试点研究。

下面是我在本校0554班开展为期二个月的“研究性学习在中等职业学校职业英语学习中的作用”课题研究实施报告。

一．研究目标：
