部分教师持有这样的观点：距离中考还有十几天，学生的作文能力基本上已经定型，
再也无法改变什么了，至于考的好不好，全凭老天爷的安排了。我倒是相信，三分天注定，七分靠打拼。考前一搏，临门一脚，很多时候还是能够扭转乾坤，改变命运的，不到最后
一刻，绝不能轻言放弃。有一些有经验的初三教师会选择抓紧考前十几天的宝贵时间，鼓
励学生背几十篇中考常见话题和热点话题的优秀段落，让他们带足粮食弹药上考场。
不少初三教师把作文教学与练字划等号，说中考阅卷教师“秒杀”考生作文，只看卷面“颜值”，无暇顾及遣词造句，这不免有点夸大其词。中考毕竟是一次国家考试，关乎社会
的公平和正义，关系千千万万年轻人的前途，教育主管部门肯定不会如此“草菅人命”的。
不过，话又说回来，一个表达能力差的学生更加没有必要去练英文字，这是因为字迹越清楚，卷面越整洁，就越容易暴露你的缺点和错误。难道不是吗?
多数初三教师采取”学生写作——批改讲评——给学生范文背诵”的教学步骤。这违背
了“先输入，后输出”的基本语言教学顺序。我们何不在布置学生写作之前，先向学生输入
某个话题的好词好句好段，然后再让他们在写作过程中尝试着使用呢?这样一来，不仅可
减少学生的写作错误，减轻老师的批改工作量，还可以大大提高教学效果。想要马儿跑，
就得把马儿先喂饱。这么简单的道理，我们不难理解的。
目前，多数学校的作文教学存在“无教材、无方法、无规划”的三无现象。多数时候，
作文教学都是基于某个老师的一时兴起，想到哪里，写到哪里。我认真梳理中考、雅思、
托福、大学四六级等考试作文题后，发现英语写作万变不离其宗，都围绕着38个基本话
题来设计的。在中考前，我们何不做一个系统的规划，安排好时间，帮助学生把这些话题梳理一遍?
不少教师喜欢把作文的参考答案印发给学生背诵。但是，我们有没有想过，这些所谓
的a possible version参考范文的质量到底如何?语言是否地道?输入决定输出，什么样的输
入决定着什么样的输出。为了给学生提供idiomatic纯正语言，我总是查阅英文网站、报刊、权威教材、托福雅思考试范文。经过十多年的积累，我总结出88个中考常见话题的精彩范文，在初三复习时，印发给学生
