【摘要】目的：观察针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗急性踝关节扭伤的效果。方法：将2010年2月-2011年10月及2014年度笔者所在医院收治的165例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗，对照组采用西医治疗，观察临床疗效。结果：治疗3周后，两组症状体征积分和VAS评分均有所降低，且观察组症状体征积分和VAS评分均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.Method：One hundred and sixty-five cases of acute ankle sprain patients in our hospital from February 2010 to October 2011 and 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated by acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping therapy，the control group was given Western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy was observed.Result：After 3 weeks of treatment，the symptoms and signs scores and VAS scores of the two groups were decreased，and the symptoms and signs score and VAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P

急性踝关节扭伤是骨伤科常见病和多发病，多由跌倒、撞击等外伤引起，临床表现主要是踝关节处疼痛、局部肿胀和活动受限，此病经过积极治疗大多可获得痊愈，但如果治疗不及时，造成习惯性损伤，久之发生慢性踝关节不稳定，继而发展为骨性关节炎[1]。目前，西医

治疗主要采取冷敷、抬高踝关节、扶他林外用消肿止痛、弹力绷带固定等治疗，但临床疗效多不理想。长期以来，中医药在防治此病方面积累了丰富的临床经验。笔者近年来采用针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗急性踝关节扭伤，取得了满意的临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
