北京市英语口语等级证书考试

概述

一、总则

英语是学习科学文化知识,获取国外信息,进行国际交流的主要工具。为了全面提高北京人英语口语水平,北京市建立了英语口语等级证书考试及培训的制度。

北京市英语口语等级证书考试及培训重点是考查考生用英语进行口头交流的能力,而不是书写能力和笔译能力。要求考生能够听得懂,说得出。主要用以测试下列人员的英语水平:

1.各行业、各部门及各企事业单位的有关专业技术人员。

2.各行各业在职职工和全市广大市民。

3.面向本市教育系统的各级各类学校,包括小学、初中、高中、职业学校、民办学校、成

人院校及普通高等学校的在校学生。

4.英语自学者。

考试不受年龄、学历的限制,考试成绩合格者将被授予合格证书或优秀证书及证章。

考试范围以本大纲所规定的内容和要求为依据。

二、考试等级

根据用人单位的不同需求和英语学习者的不同水平,北京市英语口语等级证书考试由低到高分三个等级:初级(Elementary Stage)、中级(Intermediate Stage)和高级(Advanced

Stage)。

三、评价目标

北京市英语口语等级证书考试重点考查考生用英语进行口头交流的能力,要求考生能够听得懂,说得出。考试总的评价目标是:通过初级考试的人员具有简单的英语会话能力,能听、

会说,能够在一般交际场合和服务场合用简单的英语与外国人进行会话;通过中级考试的人员具有一定的听、说、读、写能力,能够在各窗口行业关键岗位以及各行业部门的一般涉外岗位等直接与外国人进行交流;通过高级考试的人员能够用英语从事一般性公务活动并能承

担一般性会谈的口头翻译工作。

为达到上述目标,考试对考生应掌握的词汇量提出如下要求:1.参加初级考试的人员应能听会说600-900个左右的单词和一定数量短语。

2.参加中级考试的人员应能听会说1500-2000个左右的单词和一定数量的短语;

3.参加高级考试的人员应能听会说2500个以上的单词和一定数量的短语。

四、考试形式与结构

北京市英语口语等级证书考试采用考官和考生一对一进行口头交流的方式,但每个级别的考试在考试时间和考试形式方面有所不同。初级口试基本采用考官和考生会话的方式,包括让考生看图说话,回答考官提问,考试时间5—7分钟。中级口试除会话外,还要求考生讲述事先准备好的一个话题,考生讲述完毕后,考官还要就该话题向考生进行提问,考试时间8-10分钟。除上述要求外,高级口试还要求考生现场抽取一个话题(或一幅图片)进行即席发言,发言后,考官与考生就该话题或其他问题展开讨论。考试时间12—15分钟。三个级

五、合格及优秀标准

北京市英语口语等级证书考试依据不同级别总的评价目标确定了不同级别的合格标准。口试过程中,考官依据各个级别的口试评分标准进行评分。评分采取以整体印象法(Holistic Marking)为主,结合分项打分(Analytical Markin)的办法。北京市英语口语等级证书考试每个级别总的合格标准为:

初级:通过初级口试的考生能够在充分掌握学习过的材料的基础上,运用简单的单词、短语或一些最常用的表达法,积极地完成最基本的、有限的、与一般生活或工作相关的简单交流,如询问或传递基本的事实性信息。

中级:通过中级口试的考生能够比较熟练地运用所学材料,就生活中的话题或自己所熟悉的工作与外国人进行交流,如询问或传递基本的事实性信息,表达简单的观点和意见,并能用简单的补救措施解决交流中的困难。

高级:通过高级口试的考生能够就生活或工作中熟悉的各种话题与讲英语的人士进行比较自然的交流,例如能够就国内外普遍关心的话题用英语进行交流,表明自己的观点、意见和态度。能够描述一个事件,或就一般性问题作简短发言。能够胜任日常生活的口头翻译,承担一般性会谈的口头翻译工作。

北京市英语口语等级证书考试优秀标准为:在上述合格标准基础上,从反应程度、语音语调及表达意思等方面俱佳者为优秀。北京市英语口语等级证书考试样题-可以参考

高考英语口试考什么 高考外语口试是对考生外语听、说、读能力的考查,外语口试成绩是外语外贸类专业录取时的参考成绩,考生一定要认真对待。据了解,今年本市有近4万余名考生参加外语口试。考点有7所高校:北京第二外国语学院、北京外国语大学、外交学院、中国传媒大学、北京语言大学、首都师范大学、对外经济贸易大学。口试语种有英语、俄语、日语、德语4个语种,除了北京外国语大学开考4个语种口试外,其他考点只有英语类口试。 一般高考外语口试将于6月10日、11日进行,考生报考了某所高校的外语专业,并不意味着就在这所高校口试。每个考生的口试地点和具体时间,已在高考前发给考生的《外语口试通知单》上注明,考生要按照《外语口试通知单》上的时间按时到达指定的考点参加口试。 口试内容 考试分为两部分:第一部分是以一篇小短文为基础,要求考生朗读指定部分,并能在不看短文的情况下回答主考老师就短文内容提出的若干问题。第二部分是就日常生活或简单的社会问题提出一个可供考生自由发挥的话题,做一个简短的口头作文,一般不少于十句话。考官将根据考生4方面的表现打分,包括语音语调语流、理解能力、表达能力、反应快慢,成绩按5、4、3、2四级评定,3分和3分以上为合格。口试成绩将与高考成绩一起公布。 考试流程 1、考生凭《准考证》、《口试通知单》及身份证按照《外语口试通知单》上的时间按时到达指定的考点报到。

2、考生进入考场只能携带钢笔或圆珠笔(蓝、黑色)、高考《准考证》、《外语口试通知单》、身份证,不得携带手机、电子词典、书包、书籍、纸张等。 3、考生进入考点,要严格按人员的安排进行有关各项准备。一般程序为在工作人员的指引下依次进入候考室、备考室和考场。 4、考生在候考室领取《外语口试成绩表》,对照口试通知单认真填写区县、口试号、考生号、姓名、性别等项目。 5、每个考生在备考室按试卷内容准备10分钟,然后由工作人员安排进入考场口试。 6、口试时要严肃认真,积极主动回答口试教师的提问。 7、口试完毕后,立即退出考场,退出考场后不得与未口试的考生交谈有关口试内容,不得在考场附近停留或大声喧哗。 高考生如何准备英语口试 1、考前准备 高考文化课考试结束了,考生在参加口试前的这一段时间,还应保持一定的应考状态,别彻底放松。考生应有意识地创造说英语的条件,如在路上或家里尝试着说一些简单的英语,和同学用英语交谈。可以自己在家或与同学一起做模拟练习,找一篇350字左右的英语短文,在规定的时间内默读完短文,然后自问自答或互相提问,模拟考试的情形,练习回答问题的技巧。考生们可以提前准备一些关于你的家庭、校园生活、学习、业余爱好、旅游、假期活动、对社会问题的认识等等的话题。

2020年xx高考外语口试时间:4月1 4日-15日2018年北京高考外语口试时间:4月14日-15日 外语口试是高校招生考试工作中的组成部分,口试成绩是高校外语类等相关专业录取新生的重要依据。为保证外语口试工作顺利进行,现将有关事宜通知如下: 一、口试范围 2018年高考报名时选择“参加外语口试”并已缴纳口试费的考生。 二、口试语种 口试语种分为:英语、日语、西班牙语、德语、法语等语种,考生所考语种以其在高考报名时选择的语种为准。 三、口试时间与地点 外语口试于4月14日(周六)、15日(周日)进行。全市共设六个考点,即:北京外国语大学、北京语言大学、中国传媒大学、对外经济贸易大学、首都师范大学、北京第二外国语学院。各考点组织口试的时间分别为: 北京外国语大学、首都师范大学: 4月14日(周六):8:00-11:00,13:30-16:30; 4月15日(周日):8:00-11:00。 北京语言大学、中国传媒大学、对外经济贸易大学: 4月14日(周六):8:00-11:00,13:30-16:30。 北京第二外国语学院: 4月15日(周日):8:00-11:00,13:30-16:30。北京市2018年普通高校招生外语口试考生须知

2、考生凭本人身份证、《外语口试通知单》按规定的报到时间到指定的口试地点参加外语口试。 3、考生报到后,由工作人员引导进入候考室。 4、考生在候考室领取《外语口试成绩单》,对照《外语口试通知单》用黑色字迹签字笔认真填写《外语口试成绩单》上的姓名、口试语种、报名单位、考生号和口试号等内容,并用2B铅笔将考生号和口试号对应的信息点涂黑(务必填涂正确),之后在候考室等候。 5、考生按候考室工作人员的指令按顺序分批进入备考室。 6、考生在备考室按试题内容准备7分钟,之后由工作人员安排进入考场进行口试。 7、考生进入考场只能携带黑色字迹签字笔、2B铅笔、橡皮、《外语口试通知单》、身份证,不得携带通讯工具、电子辞典、书包、书籍、纸张等。 8、口试时要严肃认真,积极主动回答口试教师的提问。 9、口试完毕后,立即退出考场,退出考场后不得与未进行口试的考生交谈有关口试内容,不得在考场附近停留或大声喧哗。 10、考生应自觉遵守考场纪律,诚信考试,服从考试工作人员管理。如不遵守考场规则,不服从考试工作人员管理,有违规行为的,按照《中华人民共和国教育法》以及《国家教育考试违规处理办法》(教育部令第33号)执行,并将记入国家教育考试诚信档案;涉嫌违法的,移送司法机关,依照《中华人民共和国刑法修正案(九)》等追究法律责任。
