摘要社会主义改革到现在，由于国内和国际两个主体不断的交流、交融和交锋出现了许多新情况，这些问题的出现迫使我们必须反思改革的重点和改革的方法。摸着石头过河与顶层设计都是中国改革开放的策略原则。那么，改革开放发展到今天，这两者的关系在市场和社会中究竟是如何协同展开的？弄清楚这个问题意义重大。怎么样改革的问题必须纳入考察的视野，论题从两者之间的辩证关系切入，阐明两者之间的关系，在此基础上，提出改革要不断发扬“摸着石头过河”的勇气，并进行科学合理的顶层设计。

Abstract Socialist reform to now， due to the domestic and international two main continuous exchanges， blending and confrontation appeared many new situations， these problems appear compels us to reflecting upon the reform of key and the reform. Feeling the stones across the river and the top-level design is the principle of China's reform and opening up policy. So， the development of reform and opening up to today， the relationship between the two in the market and society is how to work together？ Figuring out the problem is significant. How to reform the problems must be included in the study field of vision， cut from the dialectical relationship between the two topics，clarify the relationship between the two， based on proposed reform to develop the courage to "cross the river by feeling the stones"， and top-level scientific and rational design.
