1.感谢到底原则

对于审稿人的意见，不论对错，都要先表示感谢及肯定。俗话说，“礼多人不怪”，先把礼数做足了，再来与审稿人讨论comments的对错。写作sci论文回复信开头、回复信正文，信件最后结束语都要体现出我们的感恩之心，一谢到底。另外，有个铁一样的原则是：编辑们的意见要百分百的遵守并执行，没有讨价还价的余地。

2. 毛举缕析原则

具体说来就是要达到：审稿人不需要看修改稿，只需看回复信即可清楚了解作者几乎所有的修改，包括修改后的图、表、加入的参考文献，每个修改的前后句子及其所属的页、段及行数。如果关于写作sci论文修改太多，我们无法在回复信中一一展示时，也要举几个改动大的例子。

3.一条不少原则

所有问题必须逐条认认真真回答。Point-by-point，one by one。即使两个审稿人的意见是重复的也要分别回答，详细具体。各审稿人的问题和我们的回复要显著区分开。凡是缺点我们都要逐个改正，凡是夸奖，我们都要一一感谢。

Further, we show that GDNF regulates the K+ channels through a mechanism that involves activation of MAP kinase. Thus, this study has revealed, for the first time, an acute modulation of ion channels by GDNF. Our findings challenge the classic view of GDNF as a long-term survival factor for midbrain dopaminergic neurons, and suggest that the normal function of GDNF is to regulate neuronal excitability, and consequently dopamine release.
