As the development of modern technology, cell-phone has become quite popular all over the world with its outstanding functions. we can surf the internet at any time we want through it.we can relax ourselves on a Platform which was provided by it.what’s more,lots of new and high quality sources can be downloaded.however, some people are indulging in cell-phones, which already have side-effect on their normal life.

Cell phone addiction is a new psychological disease and its main performance is that people fell anxious when they have no access to cell phone. There are some other performances.such as, they often use cell phone to avoid social Interaction,they often send texts as walking on the street and never turn off it.

With rapid race of life we have no enough time to enjoy ourselves.therefore, we prefer to play cell phones ,which can make best use of small gaps in our day,no matter how busy we are.Given the thing,some people are easily addicted to cell phone.meanwhile,they are under great pressure,while cell phone can help them to relax.By playing mini-games, vocal chatting with friends, watching movies and listening to music, people can easily forget their problems temporary. On the other hand, there are always something new on the phone. It is can be interesting, mysterious and various. So people are eager to turn on their phones, want to know what is happening around them. When people spend too much time on the phones, they don’t have enough chance to communicate with their friends or parents. Their attentions have been drawn away by the virtual world. Lack of good self-control, they are fragile to the smart phone addiction, while they supposed to focus on their study and work.

Cell phone is such a personal thing that effective measures are hard to be taken to confine where and when to use or how long to spend on using. confronted with this thorny problem, I think that striking a balance in our life is the key to making appropriate use of the cell phone. To make such balance, we

are supposed to be self-controlled enough to shrink dependence on cell phone. this will allow us to maximize its potential without losing our sense of certainty. At the same time,we can force ourselves to cut down the time we spend on it,and distract attention to cell phone by develop other hobbies.the best way to solve the issue is that communicate face to face as much as possible instead of making a call or sending messages. nevertheless, like most things, that is easier said than done.

I am not clear about what cell phone can bring us,but I do hold the idea that we should take cell phone addiction seriously and try our best to quit it.go outside,doing exercise and take a optimistic attitude towards life.if still unable to get rid of this addiction we can go to see a psychologist for mental treatment as early as possible.
