2.2 屋面设计情况
本工程的屋面有三种:平屋顶上人屋面(屋面1)、平屋顶非上人屋面(屋面2)、平屋顶上人种植屋面(屋面3)。各屋面防水等级均为II级,防水层合理使用年限为15年,具体做法见下表。

2.3质量目标
本工程争创“四川天府杯”。
3.施工准备
3.1技术准备
3.1.1施工管理人员认真熟悉施工图,明确各层屋面的做法,技术部编制相应专项施工方案,对施工班组进行详细的技术交底。
3.1.2明确各层屋顶上有出屋面的落水口、基础、排水沟以及幕墙施工单位的铁件等位置、数量、标高。
3.1.3把各专业出屋面的管井、风井、设备基础等绘制在每一层屋面平面图上。如有位置、标高不合适的地方及时与设计沟通并作好洽商记录,具体见每层屋面平面图。
3.1.4根据图纸由测放组把屋面找坡层的标高在女儿墙上标出,并检查校准。3.2材料准备
结合本工程屋面建筑做法,将所需要的找坡、防水、保温、屋面雨水口等材料提前做好准备,各种屋面具体所需材料详见2.2表2-01。各种材料进场必须由物资部进行材料进场检验合格并有厂家提供的产品合格证书后方可进场。
3.3组织准备
各部门管理人员认真熟悉图纸,施工过程中总分包间、各部门间应相互协调,相互配合。按照编制好的施工进度计划,选取优秀的屋面施工队伍,合理调配各工种的人员数量。
3.4机具准备
3.4.1工具:运料手推车、铁锹、木抹子、铁抹子、刮杠、靠尺、油桶、棕刷、喷灯、滚动刷、小线、小平产、剪刀、卷尺等。

4.1.1工艺流程
施工准备→基层找坡层施工→防水层施工→保温层施工→地砖面层施工→总体验收
4.1.2基层找坡层施工

基层清理→堵漏→弹500标高线→找坡层施工→验收
2.施工要点:
(1)、基层清理
为防止空鼓,将结构层上表面的松散杂物、灰尘以及凸出基层表面的灰渣等清理干净,不得影响找平层的有效厚度。
(2)、堵洞
出屋面的放线预留洞、透气管、雨水口等封闭。放线预留洞、泵管预留洞先凿毛,作成倒八字形,用C20混凝土的吊模堵洞,混凝土浇捣密实。如下图:

(3)、找坡层施工
施工前先用水湿润,采用1:6沥青膨胀蛭石找坡(最薄处30)。
4.1.3防水层施工
1.一般要求
(1)、屋面的防水卷材铺贴采用采用“热熔法”。根据设计要求,参见03J212-1图集15页中,因本工程屋面坡度均<5﹪,因此卷材铺贴方向宜平行屋脊铺贴。
(2)、基层清理的总体要求:基层必须牢固坚实,无凹凸、松动、鼓泡、起皮、起砂、裂缝、麻面等缺陷;表面应平整光滑、均匀一致;用2m靠尺检查基层表面平整度,偏差不得超过5mm。
(3)、基层与管道等相连接的阴角、其他阴阳角等转角处应抹成均匀一致,平整光滑的圆角,圆弧半径不得小于100mm,若有油污、铁锈等,应以砂纸、钢丝刷、溶剂等予以清除干净。
(4)基层含水率应小于9%,其测定方法是:将1m见方的卷材覆盖在基层表面上,静置3~4h,若覆盖处的基层表面无水印,且紧贴基层一侧的卷材亦无凝结水痕,即为基层含水率小于9%。
(5)基层处理剂涂刷质量亦应检查合格后方可进行下道工序施工;防水层施工完后要派专人看护,成品保护工作要责任到人。
2.施工工艺流程
本屋面工程采用“热熔法”进行施工,其具体施工操作方法如下步骤:
防水找平层施工→冷底子油涂刷2道→铺贴附加层→弹线、定位→铺贴卷材防水层→验收
3.施工工艺
(1)、找平层施工
将验收合格的基层清理干净。基层清理的要求见上一节所叙述的施工一般要求。基层清理合格后用20厚1:2水泥砂浆找平,水泥砂浆采用预拌砂浆。
(2)、冷底子油涂刷(两道)
待找平层含水率在9%以下时,涂刷基层处理剂冷底子油两道。涂刷应均匀,不露底,等干燥4小时以上至不粘脚后方可进行下道工序。
(3)、铺贴附加层
对于阴阳角、施工缝等部位在铺贴卷材之前,先做补强处理,粘贴必须牢固,阴阳角部位用附加卷材粘牢。转角处增加卷材防水层一层,每边≥250mm。铺贴时将卷材自然松铺且无皱折即可,不拉紧,以免影响附加层的质量。
三面角的处理方法见下图:
(4)、弹线、定位
在已处理好的找平层表面按材料的宽度留出搭接尺寸,将铺贴卷材的基准线弹好,以便按此基准线进行铺贴施工。
铺贴施工过程中为了保证卷材铺贴位置的准确,卷材搭接部位应预先设置准备。地下室底板卷材沿长边方向铺贴,卷材长边搭接宽度不应小于100mm,短边搭接宽度不应小于100mm。
(5)、铺贴卷材防水层
①.熔粘端部卷材
屋面工程卷材铺贴时将整卷卷材置于铺贴始端,对准屋面上已弹好的粉线滚展卷材约1米。由一人站在卷材正面将这1米卷材拉起,另一人手持喷灯站在卷材底面方向烘烤卷材,待卷材底面呈熔融状即进行铺贴,将端部卷材铺牢压实。这样铺到卷材端头剩下约300mm时,将卷材翻放在隔热板上,再进行熔烤,最后将端部卷材铺牢压实。如下图:
②.滚贴大面卷材
起始端卷材粘牢后,持喷枪的人站在滚铺前方,对着待铺贴的整卷卷材。使喷枪火焰对准卷材与基层面的交接处(角度如图),喷抢距卷材与基层加热处约300~500mm,当底盖层呈熔缩状态时,实施往复移动烘烤,使其底面与基层粘贴牢固(如图)并及时推滚卷材进行粘铺。如下图:
③.卷材搭接缝施工
无论是平面还是立面的卷材,其长边搭接宽度为100mm、短边搭接宽度为100mm,相邻两幅卷材的接缝相互错开1500mm以上。作业时一手用抹子将搭接缝卷材掀起,另一手用喷枪从搭接缝外侧斜向里喷火烘烤卷材面,随烘烤熔融随粘贴,并将熔融的沥青挤出,用抹子刮平。搭接缝粘贴后,用喷枪及抹子沿搭接缝边缘再进行一次加热抹压封严。如下图所示:

④.特殊部位卷材施工
A.女儿墙或立墙卷材收头处
立面与平面的转角处,卷材接缝留在平面上,距立面不小于600mm。女儿墙或立墙泛水收头处卷材上翻建筑完成面≥250mm,收头处采用水泥钉或设定加镀锌垫片,间距500钉牢,具体做法见下图:

B.屋面变形缝处
