基于尿液分析仪的串口到以太网口的转换装置设计

在临床检验信息系统中，检验科每天面临巨大

的检验工作量，临床检验设备的使用率很高。实验室

信息管理系统（Laboratory Inforｍation Manageｍent Systeｍ，LIMS ），检验设备需要和医生工作站、管理机构、大型数据库、报警装置等多部门建立数据交换通道，以实现检验数据获取和事件报告。医院使用的检验设备通常来自于不同的设备开发商，没有统一的设备数据格式可以遵循，信息的标准以及设备的接口大多采用自己的规范，所依托的操作系统、数据结构以及硬件环境等不尽相同[１-3]。目前医院信息网络多采用互联网协议IＰ（Internet Ｐrotocol ）建立互联机制，但现有临床检验设备接口类型为串口、以太网接

口，只支持特定的点对点的通讯，而不支持互联网协

议。目前市场上尿液分析仪主要采用RS２3２接口进

行通讯，不适合建立现代化的远程医疗健康监护网

络。不同系统间的信息交换变得非常困难，无疑会带

来医疗事务信息共享中的信息孤岛问题[４-5]。

现有尿液分析仪的接入普遍采用一台专用的计

算机与医院网络建立连接，采用自主的协议向网络基于尿液分析仪的串口到以太网口的转换装置设计

摘要：为了实现实验室信息管理系统中检验设备类型众多、接口形式多样、软件开发难度大，更换设备不得不更换整套配套软件的难题，以RS２3２接口的MEJER-６００尿液分析仪为例，设计了一种基于尿液分析仪的串口到遵循互联网协议的以太网口的转换装置，结合串口特点和ＴＣＰ/IＰ协议，通过相关软硬件设计和LIMS 服务器简易实验测试平台，完成该尿液分析仪在LIMS 中归一化接入，实现基于IＰ节点的数据格式和交换协议的转换，小巧便携，经济实用。

Abstract:In order to solve tｈe difficult probleｍabout tｈe laboratory inforｍation ｍanageｍent systeｍ，sucｈas ｍany types of equipｍent ，various forｍs of interface and difficult software developｍent wｈicｈled to tｈe replaceｍent of devices in tｈe LIMS systeｍis very ｈard．Ａcase study of MEJER-６００urine analyｚer used tｈe RS２3２serial port is designed ，wｈicｈis based on tｈe serial port of tｈe urine analyｚer toＴransfer interface follow tｈe Etｈernet port of tｈe internet protocol．Ｃoｍbined witｈserial port features and ＴＣＰ/IＰprotocol ，tｈe conversion device is designed wｈicｈis based on tｈe serial port of tｈe urine analyｚer to follow tｈe Etｈernet port of tｈe internet protocol．Ｔｈrougｈtｈe related software and ｈardware design and LIMS server test platforｍsiｍulation access ，tｈe norｍaliｚation of tｈe urine analyｚer in LIMS is coｍpleted ，tｈe data forｍat and excｈange protocol conversion based on IＰnode are realiｚed ，wｈicｈis coｍpact and portable ，andtｈe cost of replaceｍent is saved．
