如何写好促销信

售对于企业来说可是个重头戏。除了要把握各种交易会的机会、面对面的推销外,还要寻找任何可能的机会,给那些潜在的客户写推销信,让对方对自己的产品感兴趣,从而可能有面谈的机会、交易的希望。

促销信分为两种:一种是直接推销产品的信,另一种是答复对方咨询产品的信。如何答复买方的咨询我们前面已经讲过,现在我们着重要讲的是直接推销产品的促销信。

和其他推销方式比起来,促销信成本低廉,还可以传递更多、更详细的产品信息。下面是写促销信应遵循的一些基本原则:

1. Emphasize the benefits rather than the features of the product or service.

2. Use active voice in picturing the reader enjoying the use or performance of the product or service.

3. Focus on one of the main appeals.

4. Subordinate the price, unless it is an obvious bargain, by mentioning it after most of the benefits have been listed.

5. Use a promotion piece (eg. An enclosed brochure) to illustrate the details of the product or service.

6. Specify the action by providing the ways of obtaining the product.

外贸信涵如何做到“准”“简”“明”?

我想很多外贸新手老手都有的问题,就是外贸函电的“准”,“简”,“明”

第一、“准”

“准”,就是要准确认识客户询盘所需要的信息,同时也包括如何准确辨别询盘的

质量,真假。能把握好这些就能在回复的时候抓住重点。

第二、“简”

“简”,就是在回信的时候如何用简洁的语言直接切入主题,尽量用很短句,用通俗的语言。重点词句可以用其它色来提醒对方。还有就是形式上的"简",一个主题一段,有时候可以一句话一段。当然,"简"不能把礼貌给"简"掉了,注意礼貌。

第三、“明”

“明”,就是在回信的时候明确回答对方的问题,明示对方所关心的细节。不要含糊其辞,让人感觉不太专业。做到语言简洁,简单明了。以上是我认为外贸函电应该做到的基本点,但是我也做不好,还请各位多指教啊。

怎样用英语写订单?

订货(order)是买方为要求供应具体数量的货物而提出的一种要求。此时,交易双方之间的陌生感已消除,可以说已经度过了接触障碍和难关。写定货信时应注意以下几点:(1)开头就直接说明订购的意图。(2)订货信一般应包括:商品的名称、品质、数量、包装、价格条件、支付条件以及需要对方提供的单据等。(3)内容必须准确、清楚。不论是商品的价格还是商品的规格都应做到准确无误,否则会带来不必要的损失与麻烦。

卖方收到订货电子邮件后必须进行确认。如果卖方无法提供买方所需要的货物,则最好介绍一些合适的替代品;如果买方所需货物的价格和规格发生了变化,卖方则提出还价并劝买方接受,但要注意:写拒绝接受订货的信时,必须非常谨慎,应为日后有可能的交易留下余地。

3 发送的时间有时差,及客户看邮件的时间 ! 解析:很多做外贸人员认为,一旦收到 ? 询盘 ? 就马上回复,认为及时尽早的回复,客人一定会对此满意和赞赏并会有所回复 ! 这样做是对的, 但忽略了很重要的一点, 除了亚洲一部分国家及澳洲地区国家, 绝大部分客户和中国是有时差的。就算你马上回复了客人, 客人也会在他上班的时间才能看到邮件。而且客人所发的 ? 询 盘 ? , 肯定也不会只有你一个人回复, 肯定有大把的供应商相争回复, 这样, 最早回复的邮件按照邮箱的排列的顺序被沉到了最底层。如果客人在上面的邮件中找到感兴趣的供应商, 就根本不会看最底层你的邮件 ! 解决:了解客人当地的时差及上班时间, 按照客人的上班时间发送,这个,只需要简单的邮件定时发送就可以办到 ! 另外一点, 我觉得非常好,就是按照客人的上班时间,在线和客人联系 ! 比如欧洲等国家和中国的时差为 -6到 -8个小时,那么当我们在下午 3-4点的时候正是客人上班的时间,这样下午和客人发邮件, 极有可能收到客人的回复, 收到客人回复后立即也回复, 或者能在 Trademanger? 或者 MSN 上能和客人在线及时沟通,这样也是最好的沟通方法。 4 客人休假及发邮件的密度 解析:除了及时和客人联系外, 还要了解客人所在地的法定节假日或者休息时 间 ! 有过多国家的客人是很遵守作息时间的,一旦休息或者放假,是绝不做事的 ! 所以了解客人的放假时间也是很重要的。 你所发送的邮件密度也非常重要, 如果密度过高, 每天至少三封, 这样很有可能被客人被认为是骚扰或者垃圾邮箱而将你加入黑名单。 解决:讲师提出的最好的邮件密度为:第 1天 -第 2天 -第 6天 -第 13天 -第 28天-每隔 1个月 ! 就是,一开始发送后,第二天没回复再追加一封,再没回复过 4天,就是第 6天再追加一次,如果再没回复就是再过一个星期再发, 再过半个月再发, 然后每个月定时发送 ! 当然,发送的内容千万不要一样,标题也要经常变换。不要放弃任何

询盘处理技巧 辩别询盘与提升回复率 一、买家发送询盘的动机: 大家知道,在商场里的人是不是都是买商品的呢,逛街的人是不是都是买货的呢,显然不是的,同样我们收到的客户询盘,也并不是每个人都是实实在在有订单的客户,这些买家大致分以下几种类型: 1、明确目的型:这类客户是真正有需要的一类,这点可通过他们询问的内容可以看出来,如果问的比较具体,如产品的款式、颜色、功能、包装、认证、特定的参数、交货期、订单数量等,都可看出这类客户是诚意度较高的 2、潜在客户型: A、有些客户有了供应商,想再增加几个供应商,或者与原供应商合作不愉快,想换一个供应商,因此发送询盘寻找合适的供应商. B、有些客户以前从其它市场进口商品,听说中国商品物美价廉,所以发询盘了解商品的价格等情况。 C、有些客户暂时手头没单,但预先了解一下市场情况,以备不时之需。 D、有些在本国是一个大的销售商,需要在中国找一个好的OEM工厂帮他做贴牌生产,因此发询盘了解一下。 E、有些经销商产品做的很杂,看到什么产品赚钱就,因此发询盘收集一些想要的产品。 3、无明确目标型: 有些买家刚入行,也不知中国什么产品好做,因此发询盘广泛收集资料,无非就是要产品价格、图片等。 4、垃圾类型 A、有些客户并不是真正想做生意,只是想得到一两个免费样品 B、有些是借询盘之名,看似要和你做生意,实际上是骗你帮他办理邀请函。 C、有些询盘,把你引到某个网站上登陆,目标是骗你的帐号等.

明白了客户发询盘的目的与意图,你就知道为什么我们回复了客户,但有些客人不回复你的原因了吧。 为什么有些买家联系了几次就没有音了?还有的是客户一直在联系,就是不下单,这到底是什么,这得从客户的客户身份不同说起 我们知道人的身份不同,在谈生意时的关注点不同吧,大老板与小老板做生意的所关注的地方不同,打工的与当老板出发点也不一样,因此买家的身份不同,在处理订单的价格、订单的快慢就不同,主要可分下面几类: 1、零售商(Retailer): 一般订单较小,但下单频率快,要货急,主要关注价格、交货期,当然质量也是需要的。他们一般也不太会关注卖家实力多大,公司研发能力等,觉得你还专业,沟通畅通,靠谱,下单一般很快。目前在网上大多数是这类客户。以前做外贸时,这类客户碰到最多,从收到询盘到收到TT款,一般三五天就下单,最多半个月搞掂。 2、贸易商(Trader): 对价格较敏感,很多在中国某城市有采购办事处,对中国市场相当熟悉,因此他们会找很多供应商,从中挑选有竞争力的卖家,所以有时虽聊了很久,但可能最终没有选择你,也许是你沟通问题,也许是你价格问题,还有可能把你列入了潜在供应商列,他们手上一般都有订单,一般会在沟通半个月到一个月时间,会有订单。 3、OEM 进口商: 对质量要求是较高的,因为你帮他们生产,然后贴他们的牌子在当地销售,当然对质量是严的,一般量大,订单较稳,主要关心你公司的R&D能力,工厂规模、质量标准、产品认证、售后服务等。 以前我们公司就是靠这类进口商做大的,从三十多人的小工厂不到两年时间内扩大到1500人的工厂,70%的订单来自于这个客户。 4、连锁超市(supermarket), 类似于沃尔玛、家乐福等连锁超市,一般量大,周期较长,而且不会在网上给你下单,网上只是先期联系的环节,还要经过筛选环节,面谈考察环节,最后才可能下单,运气好的话也得三个月到半年才能搞掂,作为持久战准备吧。 明白了客户身份,我们就知道,为什么有些客户是"只起风,不下雨"了吧。
