It is widely believed that the value of using computers in facilitating people’s lives, nevertheless, how about over-dependence on computers? As the saying goes “It is not advisable for anything to beyond a certain range.”Therefore, it is harmful to over-dependence on computers.

First and foremost, The over-dependence on computers cause people to form the habit of listless thinking. Because, using computers is too convenient to search for information. A lot of times, people would rather make use of computers than think deeply by themselves.

What’s more, people write the file and send message on the computer. Young people are swiftly losing the handwritten, using it only to sign their names or write the odd cheque. Over-dependence on computers can lead to degradation of handwriting. As is known to all, everyone’s time is limited. The over-dependence on computers will take time, so people reduce the time spent on exercise. Especially, it is not conducive to good health. Staring at a computer for a long time is bad for the eyesight.

In summary, we should pay attention to use computers rationally and avoid over-dependence on computers.
