Illumination for appearance inspection should be kept 650 lux. 外观检验的光照度应保持650勒克斯。

Inspection distance is 30 cm from the part or assays at front position (90°) 正对零件或检测件保证检验距离为

30cm。Inspector's corrective eyesight is above 1.0 检验员的矫正视力在1.0以上。

A grade surface : the whole surface which can be viewed when the subject to be inspected is seen

from front and upper position

A 级面： 从前方和上方能被看到的整体面

B grade surface : the surface which can not be seen from front, such as product sides

B 级面： 从前方看不到的面，如产品侧面

C grade surface : unseen surface such as back and bottom

C 级面： 看不到的面，如背面和底面

Unidentified defect : a defect which is hard to see or measure under the standard inspection conditions

不易鉴别的缺陷：在标准检验条件下很难看见或测量的缺陷

Minor defect : a defect which is visible under the standard inspection condition but is hard to measure

次要缺陷： 在标准检验条件下能看到但难以测量的缺陷

Major defect : a defect which is visible and measurable under the standard inspection condition

主要缺陷： 在标准检验条件下能看到并能测量的缺陷

Critical defect : a defect which is drop the product values or issues customer claim such as crack, breakage

关键性缺陷： 会降低产品价值或引起客户投诉的缺陷，如开裂，破损
