外贸三种常见价格术语的详解和比较

（一）一般我们常用的价格术语有三种：FOB,CFR,CIF。

FOB和FBI有相通之处！第一点就是老外懒，长长的文字不喜欢写。第二点是他们都是简写，FOB=FREE ON BORAD。第三点就是他们要有名气，不然你随便搞个简写出来大家还要去猜，那可就惨了。路原本是不存在的，只是人走多了才叫路。

1.首先是FOB，让我们先来揭开FOB神秘的面纱。FOB全称FREE ON BOARD，顾名思义FREE任意，ON BOARD到船上/在船上，也就是到中国任意的一只船上，所以FOB被翻译成船上交货（……指定装运港）价，或者离岸价。从以上的概念我们不难看出，我们做FOB 的时候的跟价格直接有关的一些费用问题，它要求我们将货要送到船上，更准确的是只要货超过船舷，我们的任务就完成了，哪怕货刚过船舷就掉到水里了也跟我们没关系。FOB其实就是费用大荟萃，把所在的费用加起来就是FOB了，当你还要赚钱，所以还要加上适当的利润。我们现在得出FOB就=出厂价-退税收入+内陆费用+报关费+理货费+杂费+公司开支+代理费+利润。不过一般我们是不会这么麻烦去算这个公司的，一般是所有的费用打个百分比，譬如5%，价格根据代理公司给我的汇率8.86（这叫外贸贴现率）来算的。（工厂价+费用总和+利润）/8.86，打个比方利润是10%，这样我们的FOB价格就是工厂价*1.15/8.86了。得出的FOB价格公式=（工厂价+费用总和+利润）/外贸贴现率

2.揭开第一层面纱之后，我们再看看第二层FOB的延伸CFR/C&F.这个其实很简单CFR=(FOB)COST+FREIGHT，也就是FOB价+海运费，习惯叫成本加运费。这个海运费也就是从我们国家的港口出发到对方港口的费用！要特别强调的一点是这个F是不断在变化的，有可能是一天一个运价，所以在报价的时候最好跟客人讲明运价仅供参考，或者留好自己的余地，本来1元钱的运费1.2元。原则问题是不要在这上面亏，但是也不要太黑！

3.CIF,CIF=(FOB)COST+INSURANCE+FREIGHT,习惯叫到岸价，也就是到对方港口送保险的价格！也就是在CFR的基础上加个保险。CIF的难点就在于保险费的算法。保险金额=货物价值X投保加成，保险费=货物价值X投保加成X保险费率（名词解释:投保加成：把运费,保险费及一些杂费包含在保险金额里面,如果您的货物损失,保险公司不仅赔您的货值,另外还赔你的运费,保险费及其它的费用.加成比例可以根据您的运费多少来选择,普遍选择加10%,也就是乘以110%.当然有些企业不愿加成,那么他的保险金额也就是他的实际货值了）.保险费率要具体咨询你投保的公司，每批货都不一样的。一般在0.2-0.5%之间。这里的保险货值就是CIF价格不要以为是按FOB价格来投保的哦！CIF=CFR+CIF*[(1＋保险加成率)×保险费率],可以推出CIF=CFR÷[1－（1＋保险加成率）×保险费率] ，CFR=FOB+FREIGHT!现在大家应该知道我们经常用的三种贸易术语的算法了吧。

（二）下面看一下三种方式的对比：

通过对以上的分析，帮课小编认为不难看出FOB我们的责任在货越过船舷就结束了，所以我们的风险要小，这种情况下一般都是客人指定的船公司来接你的货，他们一般比较相信自己找的船公司，不然要是你的货掉海里了怎么办？而这也成了FOB最大的风险，客人有可能勾结船公司来骗取你的货，这个我们具体要结合付款方式才可以讲的清楚，要是出货前将钱已经付清了，管它用哪里的船公司呢？

CFR由于运费是由卖方支付运费，所以一般由卖方找船公司。相对说来双方的权利和义务比较平衡！

CIF由于保险，费用均是卖方支付，卖方承担了所有的风险，所以一般都是卖方找的船公司，如果客人提出要指定船公司可千万不要答应，不然到时候成了免费送货上门，那损失可大了！这三个术语规定的只是保险和运费由谁承担的问题，要么一开始卖方承担，要么由买方承担，而归根结底这个费用最终还是由买方承担，因为如果由卖方承担的话卖方也会分摊到成本上去的，只是权利和义务方面有些区别，而成熟的客人一般也有比较要好的船公司，所以采用FOB交易的占大多数。
