Whether you can success or not mainly depends on how the interviewers access your behavior during the interview as well as your own condition and qualification. Thus, it’s very necessary to treat the interview as a performance or a match aiming at distributing yourself and making the interviewers feel you are the best.

Most of the interviewees are in a passive position during the interview, and they try their best to answer any questions. A better method is to control the situation by offering the interviewers the information you want to give them rather than what they want from you: you have to make them feel you are the fittest. The reason why the majority of the interviewees didn’t get the job is they failed to generate interviewers’ confidence toward them. ?专业课专业课楼主第一年第二年都是暑假开始复习，先看课本，做笔记，然后刷分知识点刷题，再往后就成套刷真题，这种状态一直到考试结束吧北航机械工程专业综合，971，三门课，两门必考一门选考，理论力学（动力学），机械原理，机械设计和自动控制原理二选一，楼主两年都选考机械设计，毕竟本科自控学的不是很好，大家还是尽量选自己比较拿手的一门吧。教材，理论力学用哈工大第七版，上下两册配套答案解析，还有动力学（一本绿色的书忘了是哪个出版社的了），机械原理和机械设计都是选用的北航的教材，配套机械原理的课后习题解析，以前的真题多出自这些书的课后题，最近两年考试越来越灵活，难度估计以后会越来越大，这也是从去年开始北航专业课分数普遍不高的原因，有兴趣的可以去查一下，120以上都难得。理论力学，一定！要把哈工大的那本教材研究透彻！上面的课后习题，配合答案解析，一定认真做！很多考试的力学模型，上面都有，考试四道选择题，判断题五道？大题一道，基本固定就是拉格朗日方程的应用，大题近几年很稳定，没什么太大变化，选择题和判断题越来越灵活，以前还能在哈工大教材上找到原题，这两年就。所以要把那本书研究透彻呀一定！原理定理搞清楚，以不变应万变。机械原理，多动手画图！画图在考场上是最花时间的，五道大题，第一道自由度的
