语法要点:由what, who, where, when, how等引起的一般过去时的特殊疑问句

1.What did you do last weekend?上周末你(们)去做什么了?

I did my homework./ We went boating.我做作业了。/我们去划船了。

She went to a farm.

3.She climbed the mountains yesterday.她昨天去爬上了。(就划线部分提问)

5.1) How was your school trip?你的学校旅行怎么样?(提问怎么样)

这是一个感叹句,标志是句子后面的感叹号。完整的表述应为How interesting it was!由how引起的感叹句结构为:

1)How +形容词/副词+主语+谓语!

How clever the boy is!这个小男孩多么聪明啊!

How fast he runs!他跑得多快啊!

2)How +形容词+a/an+可数名词单数+(主语+谓语)!

How clever a boy he is!他是一个多么聪明的男孩啊!

How cold a day it is!多么冷的一天啊!

3)How +主语+谓语+其他!

How I miss my mother!我是多么想念我的妈妈啊!

由what引导的感叹句的常见结构:What+(a/an)+形容词+名词+主语+谓语!

What a cold day it is!多么冷的一天啊!

What lovely weather it is!多么好的天气啊!

What a clever boy he is!他是个多么聪明的男孩啊!

fun: 1)名词,乐趣have fun (in) doing sth做某事很高兴,做某事很有乐趣2)形容词,(时光)愉快的

funny:形容词,滑稽的,有趣的

6.课本原句:They have a butterfly house with more than 200 kinds of butterflies.

他们有一个里面有200多种蝴蝶的蝴蝶屋。

a butterfly house蝴蝶屋(名词butterfly作定语修饰后面的名词house)

with:介词,有,带有

more than:多余,超过less than少于

kind: 1)名词,种类,复数形式为kinds many kinds of …多种的……

different kinds of…不同种类的……

2)形容词,和善的be kind to…=be friendly to…=be good to…=be nice

to…对……友好的

3)kind of… = a little…(后加形容词或副词)稍微/有点……

tell---told tell stories讲故事

tell sb about sth告诉某人关于某事

tell sb sth告诉某人某事= tell sth to sb

tell sb to do sth告诉某人做某事

Why didn’t you tell me about the accident?你为什么没有把这次事故告诉我?

He told me the secret. = He told the secret to me.他告诉了我这个秘密。

My mother tells me to wash the dishes after having dinner.妈妈告诉我吃完晚饭后刷碗。

The teacher told me how to solve the problem.老师告诉了我怎样解决这个问题。Our headmaster told us not to play with fire.校长告诉我们不要玩火。

tired:形容词,感到累了的be/get tired of…对……厌倦/厌烦的

tiring:形容词,使人觉得累的

He is tired of doing this work.他厌倦了做这个工作。

9 .课本原句:I stayed up late to watch the soccer game.为了看足球赛,我熬夜到很晚。

stay---stayed

stay:动词1)呆在stay at home呆在家里stay there呆在那里

2)stay up熬夜stay up late熬夜到很晚

You shouldn’t stay up late because you have to go to school tomorrow.你不应该熬夜到很晚因为明天还要上学。

to watch the soccer game这个不定式表示目的。

10.课本原句:Baby Mouse was afraid and climbed onto his father’s back.小老鼠很害怕,就爬到了爸爸的背上。

afraid:形容词,害怕的,同义词为scared

be afraid/scared of…害怕……的

Baby Mouse was afraid of the big cat.小老鼠害怕那只大猫。

back:在此句中是后背的意思,此外还有回来的意思

come back home回家go back to school回学校

11.课本原句:Father Mouse shouted at te cat, “Woof, woof!” The cat ran away.

老鼠爸爸对猫大叫:“汪,汪!”猫就逃跑了。

shout---shouted 动词,喊,叫

shout at sb冲……大声叫嚷,带有感情色彩

shout to sb对……喊叫,不带感情色彩

The boss shouted at her because she made a mistake.因为她犯了一个错误,老板对她大声叫嚷起来。

run---ran

run away逃跑walk away走开

A is +距离+ (away) from B. A点离B点有多远。

far away from…远离……

He was really scared and ran away quickly.他真的被吓坏了,赶紧逃跑了。

Our school is 5 kilometers (away) from my home.学校离我家5公里远。

The factory is far away from the downtown.这个工厂离市区很远。

习一门外语很重要的原因。

That’s why+句子。这就是……的原因。

That was why he arrived late for school.这就是他上学迟到的原因。

That was why I didn’t like the movie.这就是我不喜欢这部电影的原因。

It is +形容词+(for sb)+to do sth.做某事(对某人来说)怎么样。

It is important to keep our body healthy.保持我们的身体健康很重要。

It is popular for students in the USA to go camping.在美国,去野营在学生中很流行。

13.课本原句:Sally flew a kite yesterday.萨利昨天去放风筝了。

fly: 1)名词,苍蝇,复数形式为flies

There are two flies in the porridge.粥里有两只苍蝇。

2)动词,飞;(时光)流逝,现在分词为flying,过去式为flew

I wish to fly like a bird.我梦想和小鸟一样飞翔。

He flew a kite with his father last Saturday.上个周六,他和爸爸去放风筝了。

How time flies!时光飞逝!

14.课本原句:---Who went ti the library?谁去了图书馆?

---Sally did.萨利去了。

此句中的助动词did用来代指上文提到的went to the library.作用是为了避免重复。之所以用did,是因为原来问句的时态是一般过去式。

---Who goes to the library?谁去图书馆?

---Sally does.萨利去。

be afraid/scared of…害怕……

The little boy is very afraid/scared of tigers.这个小男孩很害怕老虎。

finish---finished

finish:动词,结束,完成,在本句意为毕业,

finishing doing sth完成某事,做完某事

I went fishing with my friends after finishing our homework.在做完我们的作业后,我和朋友去钓鱼了。

Tom finished doing the work on time with the help of his friends.汤姆在朋友的帮助下按时完成了工作。

时间段+ago:在多久之前

I sent the package out two days ago.两天前我就把包裹寄出去了。

a special gift一份特殊的礼物

My father gave the pen to me as a special gift.爸爸把这只钢笔作为一份特殊的礼物给了我。

take sb to+地点名词带某人去某地

My friend took me to the interesting park.我的朋友带我来了这个有趣的公园。take…home把……带回家take…there/here把……带到那里/这里

India:名词,印度Indian 1)名词,印度语,印度人(复数为Indians)

take a long bus ride坐了很长时间的公交车,ride在这个短语是名词,意为旅程take a long bus ride to+ 地点名词:坐很长时间的公交车去某地

get a surprise吃一惊get a terrible surprise大吃一惊,吓了一大跳He got a terrible surprise when he saw the big lion.当他看到这只大狮子的时候,他吓了一大跳。

to sb’s surprise令某人吃惊的是,通常放到句首,后加逗号

To my surprise, he didn’t come to the party.令我吃惊的是,他并没有参加派对。

see sb do sth看到某人做某事的全过程

同样用法的词还有watch, hear, notice(注意到)等。

I saw Tom playing basketball.我看到汤姆正在打篮球。

I saw him go into the shop.我看见他走进了商店。

to let them know about the danger不定式短语表示目的

He knows nothing about cooking.对于做饭,他一无所知。

that snakes don ’t have ears but can feel things moving 是一个宾语从句,做了动词told 的宾语。其中that 没有实际意义,只起引导宾语从句的作用, 可省略。 He told me (that) the movie was over at nine o ’clock.他告诉我电影九点结束。 things moving 正在移动的事物(动词的现在分词强调正在进行)

2) He also told me (that) it was important not to go near a snake.他还告诉我不要去靠近一只蛇是很重要的。

It is important to do sth.做某事很重要。

It is important not to do sth.不做某事很重要。

本单元写作任务:

本单元的写作任务是运用一般过去时,记录上一周的周末生活。在写作的过程当 中,要注意应按照时间顺序(in order of time )进行写作。在文章开头用一句话 概括,作为文章的主旨句。接下来详细介绍各个时间段的活动(on Saturday morning/afternoon/evening, on Sunday morning/afternoon/evening ,最后进行总结. 《名师学案》例文:

I had a busy weekend. On Saturday morning, I did my homework, and then I played computer games. In the afternoon, I visited my grandmother. We talked for a long time.
