第一节

包括4篇阅读材料,题材涉及莎士比亚戏剧的演出、纪念友人、飞行汽车、植物受到攻击的反应等。配有15 道选择题,重点考查考生理解文中具体信息的能力、作出简单判断和推理的能力、理解作者的意图、观点和态度的能力、理解主旨要义的能力以及根据上下文判断词义的能力,具体如下表:

21.本题考查信息查找,答案 A。在文中定位“National Theatre of China”,提取演出剧目信息。

22.本题考查推理判断,答案 C。“Deafinitely Theatre”定位到第四段。根据本段“By translating the rich and humourous text of Love’s Labour’s Lost into the physical language of BSL, Deafinitely Theatre creates a new interpretation of Shakespeare’s comedy...”可知这个剧场的特殊之处在于手语演出。

23.本题考查信息查找,答案 D。最后一段中可以直接提取演出的时间信息。

第二节

试题分析

阅读材料介绍了如何在工作中避免被他人打扰的几种方法,共5个小题,主要考查考生对文章整体的理解情况,包括语篇语义的连贯性和语篇的上下文逻辑关系等。

第二节书面表达(满分25分)

糖尿病酮症酸中毒诊疗常规 诊断 一、血糖未经治疗者血糖多中度升高,如血糖超过 33.3mmol/L(600mg/dL)则提示有肾功障碍。经不正确治疗(如大剂量胰岛素注射)者可能出现低血糖而酮症并未能纠正。二、酮体发生临床酮症时血酮体升高均在5-10倍以上。尿酮体测定方法简单,除严重肾功障碍者外均与临床表现平行,可以作为诊断依据。 三、动脉血PH值酮症早期由于体液的缓冲系统和肺、肾的调节作用,血PH值可以保持在正常范围。但碳酸根及硷明显下降。如果H+的增加超过了机体的缓冲能力,则血PH值将急骤下降。CO2结合力只反应硷贮备情况,不能直接反映血PH值。 以上三项检查可以确诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒,但是还有一些变化必须注意,酮症时肾排出的尿酸减少,可出现一过性高尿酸血症。血钠、钾浓度多在正常范围,甚至偏高,而机体已大量丢失钠、钾、氯,即使无感染白细胞总数及粒细胞也可明显增高。 鉴别诊断 应与其他糖尿病昏迷相鉴别,如低血糖昏迷、乳酸酸中毒、非酮

糖尿病酮症酸中毒临床指南和诊疗常规 (一) 糖尿病酮症酸中毒 【概述】 糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis ,DKA)是由于体内胰岛素水平绝对或相对不足或升糖激素显著增高引起糖、脂肪和蛋白质代谢严重紊乱,所致血糖及血酮体明显增高及水、电解质平衡失调和代谢性酸中毒为主要表现的临床综合征。严重者常致昏迷及死亡,是糖尿病常见的急性并发症。 【临床表现】 1各种类型的糖尿病均可发生,常见的诱因有:①急性感染;②外源性胰岛索用量不当或突然大幅度减量或停用;③饮食不当(过量或不足、酗酒等);④胃肠疾病(呕吐、腹泻等);⑤创伤、手术;⑥妊娠、分娩;⑦精神刺激等;⑧有时可无明显诱因,尤其在1型或重症患者。 2.糖尿病患者常在上述各种诱因下发生酮症酸中毒,按病情程度可分为轻、中和重度。 (1)轻度者仅有酮症,无酸中毒,又称糖尿病酮症。多数患者有烦渴、多饮、多尿、乏力等症状,逐渐或突然加重,可出现食
