At my heaviest I weighed 370 pounds. I had a very poor relationship with food: I used it to

While high school does not generally encourage students to explore new aspects of life, college sets the stage for that exploration. I myself went through this 41 process and found something that has changed my 42 at college for the better: I discovered ASL-American Sign Language(美式手语).

财政部国家税务总局关于促进残疾人就业税收优惠政策的通知 各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局)、国家税务局、地方税务局,新疆生产建设兵团财务局: 为了更好地发挥税收政策促进残疾人就业的作用,进一步保障残疾人的切身利益,经国务院批准并商民政部、中国残疾人联合会同意,决定在全国统一实行新的促进残疾人就业的税收优惠政策。现将有关政策通知如下: 一、对安置残疾人单位的增值税和营业税政策 对安置残疾人的单位,实行由税务机关按单位实际安置残疾人的人数,限额即征即退增值税或减征营业税的办法。 (一)实际安置的每位残疾人每年可退还的增值税或减征的营业税的具体限额,由县级以上税务机关根据单位所在区县(含县级市、旗,下同)适用的经省(含自治区、直辖市、计划单列市,下同)级人民政府批准的最低工资标准的6倍确定,但最高不得超过每人每年3.5万元。 (二)主管国税机关应按月退还增值税,本月已交增值税额不足退还的,可在本年度(指纳税年度,下同)内以前月份已交增值税扣除已退增值税的余额中退还,仍不足退还的可结转本年度内以后月份退还。主管地税机关应按月减征营业税,本月应缴营业税不足减征的,可结转本年度内以后月份减征,但不得从以前月份已交营业税中退还。 (三)上述增值税优惠政策仅适用于生产销售货物或提供加工、修理修配劳务取得的收入占增值税业务和营业税业务收入之和达到50%的单位,但不适用于上述单位生产销售消费税应税货物和直接销售外购货物(包括商品批发和零售)以及销售委托外单位加工的货物取得的收入。上述营业税优惠政策仅适用于提供“服务业”税目(广告业除外)取得的收入占增值税业务和营业税业务收入之和达到50%的单位,但不适用于上述单位提供广告业劳务以及不属于“服务业”税目的营业税应税劳务取得的收入。 单位应当分别核算上述享受税收优惠政策和不得享受税收优惠政策业务的销售收入或营业收入,不能分别核算的,不得享受本通知规定的增值税或营业税优惠政策。 (四)兼营本通知规定享受增值税和营业税税收优惠政策业务的单位,可自行选择退还增值税或减征营业税,一经选定,一个年度内不得变更。 (五)如果既适用促进残疾人就业税收优惠政策,又适用下岗再就业、军转干部、随军家属等支持就业的税收优惠政策的,单位可选择适用最优惠的政策,但不能累加执行。 (六)本条所述“单位”是指税务登记为各类所有制企业(包括个人独资企业、合伙企业和个体经营户)、事业单位、社会团体和民办非企业单位。 二、对安置残疾人单位的企业所得税政策  (一)单位支付给残疾人的实际工资可在企业所得税前据实扣除,并可按支付给残疾人实际工资的100%加计扣除。 单位实际支付给残疾人的工资加计扣除部分,如大于本年度应纳税所得额的,可准予扣除其不超过应纳税所得额的部分,超过部分本年度和以后年度均不得扣除。亏损单位不适用上述工资加计扣除应纳税所得额的办法。 单位在执行上述工资加计扣除应纳税所得额办法的同时,可以享受其他企业所得税优惠政策。

解读: 近日,税务总局发布《国家税务总局关于修订〈中华人民共和国企业所得税年度纳税申报表(A类,2017年版)部分表单样式及填报说明的公告》(以下简称《公告》),对《中华人民共和国企业所得税年度纳税申报表(A类,2017年版)》(国家税务总局公告2017年第54号发布、以下简称《年度纳税申报表(A类,2017年版)》)进行部分修订。现对有关内容解读如下: 一、申报表修订背景 2018年以来,财税部门相继发布了促进实体经济发展、支持“大众创业、万众创新”等多个方面的企业所得税政策,如:大幅扩展享受减半征收所得税优惠政策的小型微利企业范围,大幅提高企业新购入仪器设备税前扣除上限,将创业投资、天使投资税收优惠政策试点范围扩大到全国,取消企业委托境外研发费用不得加计扣除限制,将高新技术企业和科技型中小企业亏损结转年限由5年延长至10年,将一般企业的职工教育经费税前扣除限额与高新技术企业的限额统一,提高研究开发费用税前加计扣除比例等。为全面落实各项企业所得税政策,进一步减轻纳税人的办税负担,在征求各方意见的基础上,税务总局决定对《年度纳税申报表(A类,2017年版)》进行部分修订。 二、申报表修订思路 本次修订涉及封面、《企业所得税年度纳税申报表填报表单》以及16张正式表单或填报说明。其中,《企业所得税年度纳税申报基础信息表》(A000000,原《基础信息表》)等4张表单调整幅度较大,其余表单仅对样式或填报说明进行局部调整或优化。主要修订思路如下: (一)落实政策要求 根据企业所得税相关政策,修订《职工薪酬支出及纳税调整明细表》(A105050)、《资产折旧、摊销及纳税调整明细表》(A105080)、《资产损失税前扣除及纳税调整明细表》(A105090)、《企业所得税弥补亏损明细表》(A106000)、《免税、减计收入及加计扣除优惠明细表》(A107010)、《研发费用加计扣除优惠明细表》(A107012)、《所得减免优惠明细表》(A107020)、《减免所得税优惠明细表》(A107040)、《境外分支机构弥补亏损明细表》(A108020)9张表单。 (二)简并优化表单 在不增加纳税人填报负担的基础上,对封面、《企业所得税年度纳税申报表填报表单》以及《企业所得税年度纳税申报基础信息表》(A000000)、《纳税调整项目明细表》(A105000)、《高新技术企业优惠情况及明细表》(A107041)、《软件、集成电路企业优惠情况及明细表》(A107042)4张表单相关项目进行优化、整合。 (三)解决实际问题 根据实际填报情况和反馈建议,对《中华人民共和国企业所得税年度纳税申报表(A 类)》(A100000)、《投资收益纳税调整明细表》(A105030)、《境外所得税收抵免明细表》(A108000)3张表单的填报说明进行局部修订。 三、申报表具体修订情况 (一)大幅度修订的表单 1.《企业所得税年度纳税申报基础信息表》(A000000) 集成基础信息,将原分布在附表中的基础信息整合到本表,方便纳税人填报;优化填报方式,调整和补充填报项目,增强申报信息的完整性;修改表单名称,将原《企业基础信息表》名称调整为《企业所得税年度纳税申报基础信息表》,明确基础信息表的用途。
