武汉市公司住所变更登记
登记依据：
1、《中华人民共和国公司法》
2、《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》
登记条件：
(一)股东符合法定人数;
有限责任公司由五十个以下股东共同出资设立。
(二)股东出资达到法定资本最低限额;
有限责任公司注册资本的最低限额为人民币三万元。法律、行政法规对有限责任公司注册资本的最低限额有较高规定的，从其规定。
有限责任公司的注册资本为在公司登记机关登记的全体股东认缴的出资额。公司全体股东的首次出资额不得低于注册资本的百分之二十，也不得低于法定的注册资本最低限额，其余部分由股东自公司成立之日起两年内缴足;其中，投资公司可以在五年内缴足。
全体股东的货币出资金额不得低于有限责任公司注册资本的百分之三十。
(三)股东共同制定公司章程;
(四)有公司名称，建立符合有限责任公司要求的组织机构;
(五)有公司住所。
申请方式：
申请人或者其委托的代理人可以采取以下方式提交申请：
(一)直接到企业登记场所;
(二)邮寄、传真、电子数据交换、电子邮件等。
办理期限：
申请人或者其委托的代理人到企业登记场所提交申请予以受理的，当场作出准予登记的决定，并在10个工作日内核发(换发)营业执照或其他登记证明;不能当场作出决定的，5日内作出审查决定。
办理程序：
受理-核准-领取营业执照或其他登记证明
提交材料：
1、公司法定代表人签署的《公司变更登记申请书》(公司加盖公章);
2、公司签署的《指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明》(公司加盖公章)及指定代表或委托代理人的身份证复印件(本人签字);
应标明具体委托事项、被委托人的权限、委托期限。
3、公司章程修正案(公司法定代表人签署);
4、变更后住所的使用证明;
自有房产提交产权证复印件;租赁房屋提交租赁协议复印件以及出租方的房产证复印件;未取得房产证的，提交房地产管理部门的证明或者购房合同及房屋销售许可证复印件;出租方为宾馆、饭店的，提交宾馆、饭店的营业执照复印件。
5、法律、行政法规和国务院决定规定变更住所必须报经批准的，提交有关的批准文件或者许可证书复印件;
6、公司营业执照副本。
注：依照《公司法》、《公司登记管理条例》设立的公司申请住所变更登记适用本规范。
《公司变更登记申请书》、《指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明》可以通过国家工商行政管理总局《中国企业登记网》

以上各项未注明提交复印件的，应当提交原件。
提交复印件的，应当注明“与原件一致”并由公司加盖公章。
收费标准：
变更登记费每次100元，增加注册资本的按注册资本增加额缴纳增资费(按公司设立收费标准)，不另收变更登记费。
