Activating the step sequences, it is possible to follow the program 启动程序步骤，才有可能进行程序操作

During sterilization， temperatures and flow is controlled by the PCS. These temperatures have to reach at least 121 °C minimum for 20 min.
在杀菌（SIP）期间，温度以及流体的流量由PCS控制。杀菌温度必须达到至少
121 °C并且保持20分钟。
At the end of the sterilization process it is necessary to reset the step sequence with the blue button on the PCS (end phase).
在杀菌过程完成的时候，有必要使用蓝色按钮重置步骤，
Production preparation
生产准备
The preparation of production includes the following: 生产准备包括如下步骤：
- Take out the rinser CIP caps (manually)
取下冲瓶机CIP洗杯（人工）
- Take out the filler CIP caps
取下灌注机CIP洗杯
- Preparation of PAA
PAA准备
- Disinfection of the filler Bloc
无菌空间消毒
- Fill up the filler with sterile product from Tetra-Pak
用Tetra-Pak系统提供的无菌产品充满注入机（环缸）MMA -> Programs -> Program selection general, U01
Production -> Product preparation -> Start
An outside alkaline cleaning (COP) will start.
外部碱清洗（COP）将开始
After the COP is finished it is necessary to remove the CIP caps of the rinser. COP结束之后，必须取下洗瓶机的CIP洗杯
The key at the filler touch has to be turned to position 1.
注入机操作器的钥匙必须旋到一号位
Use gloves to remove the CIP caps.
使用手套取下CIP洗杯
After removing the CIP caps returm the key to position 0. and confirm that the CIP cups are located in the touch screen.在取下CIP洗杯后，把钥匙旋回0号位，MMA -> Programs -> Rinser
The machine starts turning and an SIP is starting. 机器开始进行SIP清洗
Select the product you want to fill at the PCS 在PCS上选择即将灌注的产品。
Choose the product and press the folder button 选择产品并按下文件夹按钮
And confirm with yes! 用YES确认
A las t“ operator intervention executed ” is necessary to confirm the product
最后“操作者干预被执行”去确认产品。

After finishing the production preparation it is necessary to confirm with the blue button of the PCS
完成生产准备之后，按下PCS蓝色按钮确认。
And start the production program. 开始生产程序

Before filling the last xxxx liters you have to start with the following procedure:
在灌装最后xxxx升饮料之前，必须开始下列步骤
Stop the production sequence by pressing this button: 按下此按钮来停止生产步骤
And reset the program with the blue button.
以及用蓝色按钮重置程序
Starting of the program “Type change over with IR”开始程序“产品类型更改”
MMA -> Programs -> Type change over -> Start)
When the step sequence asks for the product change over, change the product in the PCS and confirm it.
当程序步骤要求产品更换时，在PCS上更换产品并确认
Choose the new product:
选择新产品
Choose the new product and confirm with the folder button 选择新产品以及按下文件夹按钮确认
And confirm with yes! 用YES确认
