柳州市2016年初中英语毕业升学考试学科说明

一、考试目的

初中毕业升学考试是义务教育阶段的终结性考试，目的是全面、准确地反映初中毕业生在学科学习方面所达到的水平。考试结果既是衡量学生是否达到初中毕业标准的重要依据，也是普通高中招生录取的重要依据之一。

二、命题指导思想

贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中全会精神，以科学发展观为指导，全面贯彻党的教育方针，弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神，体现社会主义核心价值体系的引领作用。考试要有利于推进英语课程和教学的改革，有利于促进学生英语素养的形成与发展，有利于全面提高英语学科的教育教学质量，建立科学的英语教学评价体系。

三、命题的原则和要求

1.导向性原则——试题有利于全面实施素质教育，推进城乡公平教育，促进教育均衡发展；有利于继续推进基础教育课程改革，调动学生学习的主动性和积极性，改善教师教学；有利于培养学生正确的人生观和价值观；有利于初高中教学的衔接，为学生在高中阶段的学习打好基础。

2.基础性原则——以考查基础知识和基本能力为主。

3.科学性原则——试题内容正确、无偏题、怪题，表述规范；问题明确、图形清楚；覆盖面广，重点突出；答案标准，赋分合理，易于操作。

4.综合性原则——试题构思起点低，入口宽，梯度适中，难度适当。试题命制立足课标和教材,鼓励考生的创新思维。

5.教育性原则——考查学科的各种能力及文化素养，体现育人价值和功能。卷面设计体现人文关怀，试题内容贴近学生生活。

四、考查的目标和范围

●目标要求

具体考查以下几个方面：

听力、口语技能：主要考查学生对口语材料的理解能力和获取信息的能力。考生应能理解主旨要义，对所听内容作出简单推断和正确反应。

阅读技能：主要考查学生理解常见体裁和不同体裁的书面材料的能力，其重点在理解意义和获取信息方面，词汇和语法知识不是阅读理解部分的考查要点。

写作技能：就当前初中外语教学的实际而言，学生运用英语进行书面表达只能说是属于初级

写作的层次。书面表达考查学生在语篇层次上多方面的语言运用能力，着重考查学生运用所学语言知识和技能再现生活经历、描述周围事物、发表意见和观点的能力。

语言知识的运用技能：语言知识包括语音知识、语法知识、词汇知识和语用知识。考查学生在一定的语境中运用这些知识的能力。

●考查范围

以教育部制订的全日制义务教育《英语课程标准》（2011年版）规定的五级要求为标准，在考查基础知识和基本技能的同时，侧重考查学生的综合语言运用能力，突出英语学科的实践性、应用性和交际性，强调运用英语解决实际问题。内容覆盖本届学生七至九年级所用的外研社出版的（新标准）《英语》教材初一、初二、初三年级上、下册。课本中黑体的单词要求掌握，白体的单词只要求理解。

五、考试方法

考试采取一次完成听力和书面作答、闭卷考试的方式。

六、试卷结构

1．试卷分数

试卷总分120分（其中听力30分，笔试90分），考试时间为120分钟。

考试试卷由两个部分组成。第一部分为选择题部分90分，包括听力部分30分；第二部分为非选择题部分30分。

选择题部分和非选择题部分均要求在答题卡上答题。其中选择题部分需用2B铅笔把正确答案涂黑，非选择题部分则用0.5毫米黑色字迹的签字笔直接在答题卡上答题。

2．试卷的难易比例为：容易题（p≥0.7）∶中等难度题（0.7﹥p﹥0.35）∶较难题（p≤0.35）=6∶3∶1。整卷难度为0.70左右，即全市平均分在84分左右。
