多重化电压型的优缺点 多重化电压型解决方案,就是每相采用多个低压IGBT低压变频器(630伏)串接叠加,达到高电压输出到电机的目的。隔离变压器的设计与其他方案不同,变压器的次级引出多个抽头,每个抽头引出6 30伏电压向低压IGBT器件提供馈电。 ? 优点: a) 由于直接可以输出6千伏电压,较之高低高或者某些高中方案省掉了升压变压器,系统效率有所提高。 b) 变压器次级绕组抽头的增加提高了隔离变压器脉冲数,系统进线侧消谐作用增强,对进线电源谐波污染小,所以有些厂商提出的“完美无谐波”解决方案就是这样的道理。 ? 缺点: a) 该方案的最大缺点是系统特别复杂,牺牲了系统的可靠性和效率。典型地,其功率元件的总数量是CSI-PWM电流型解决方案的12倍,大量与之配套的电子熔丝、电容器数量众多,给系统的可靠性、可维护性带来较大的影响。 b) 由于隔离变压器制造工艺复杂,其次级绕组抽头的接线端子数量典型地是CSI-PWM电流型解决方案的9倍,所以一般厂商将变压器与变频器集成制造,一般同样需要进口,而变压器一般是中压

《A4纸工作法》一书主要是通过一张A4纸就可以简单有效的处理日常工作学习过程中的常见问题。之所以看这本书是为了提高自己的工作效率,学习更好的工作方法。A4纸工作法有三个要素,分别是:目的(主要是工作),基于此目的的“应该做的事”,以及“期限”。 第一章是时间&管理工作法 1)其中的日程管理表单就相当于是我们的工作计划(包括周计划和月计划),要注意的是目标要以名词性词语结句,这样可避免因目标模糊而导致无法实现。2)之后的时间耗损表单和先手顺序划分表单其实平时也一直在用。时间损耗表单就相当于工作日志,把所有的工作时间做的事情全部记录下来,然后计算有效工作时间在工作时间中的占比就是工作效率,并可以计算耗损的时间都用来做什么事情了,以此来提高工作效率。3)先后顺序划分其实在周计划的填写中也运用了很久,先按照事情的重要紧迫程度将事情划分,然后按顺序排列,依次填写在重要,此重要和其他重要工作栏。4)让人安心入睡的二分法表单主要适用于难以入眠的时候,这个方法对于个人烦恼,人际关系问题,家庭问题也很有效。 第四章是通过A纸掌握各种能力——写作、说话&学习 1)出差报告表单,要点: a)明确出差的目的 b)根据出差的目的,简要记录出差的成果、意义 c)与事实报告分开,记录自己的感想 d)要事先指出重要的地方,以及事先能填好的空填好 2)提案策划表单

首先,整体结构分为概论(抓住客户最重要的)、分论、结论,三部分。在说明的过程中,要以图解、图表、图片等为主,尽量少写文字。 3)演讲表单 以此表单为基础演讲的话,一分钟时间大约需要300字左右,三分钟时间大约需要900字左右,请以此标准来写.只要抓住要领,即使不善言谈的人也能够应对所有的演讲了。 4)故事化表单 按照“①成就、②契机、③冲突混乱、④危机、⑤高潮”的程序说下来,并站在台上往下看看,情况会如何呢?大部分人会抛开杂念,竖起耳朵倾听。 5)谈判能力表单 除非交换,绝不让步! 6)提高英语能力表 此方法可在某个领域迅速提高英语能力,比去英语会话专业学校学习的效果更好。 要点在于:事先将自己想说的事情作为例句写出几句,并将与之相关的专业术语事先查好,,记录到例句的下面,而且,要利用白板(邮件也可以)进行交流,以排版字的形式记下来,以便双方确认。 7)循环学习表 将短期记忆、中期记忆,变成长期记忆(超过一两个月),记忆力不好的人可尝试此方法,效率会有明显的提高。 8)三分法阅读表单

本文较深入地讨论了两种常用模式的RCD Snubber电路:抑制电压上升率模式与电压钳位模式,详细分析了其各自的工作原理,给出了相应的计算公式,最后通过实验提出了电路的优化设计方法。 RCD Snubber电路的基本类型及其工作原理 RCD Snubber是一种能耗式电压关断型缓冲器,分为抑制电压上升率模式和电压钳位模式两种类型,习惯上前者称为RCD Snubber电路,而后者则称为RCD Clamp电路。 为了分析方便,以下的分析或举例均针对反激电路拓扑,开关器件为功率MOSFET。 图1 常用的RCD Snubber电路 抑制电压上升率模式 对于功率MOSFET来讲,其电流下降的速度较GTR或IGBT快得多,其关断损耗的数值要比GTR或IGBT小,但是这个损耗对整个小功率的电源系统也是不容忽视的。因此提出了抑制电压上升率的RCD Snubber。 如图1所示,在开关管关断瞬间,反激变压器的漏感电流需要按原初始方向继续流动,该电流将分成两路:一路在逐渐关断的开关管继续流动;另一路通过Snubber电路的二极管Ds向电容Cs充电。由于Cs上的电压不能突变,因而降低了开关管关断电压上升的速率,并把开关管的关断功率损耗转移到了Snubber电路。如果Cs足够大,开关管电压的上升及其电流的下降所形成的交叉区域将会进一步降低,可以进一步降低开关管的关断损耗。但是Cs的取值也不能过大,因为在每一个关断期间的起始点(也就是开通期间的结束点),Cs必须放尽电荷以对电压上升率进行有效的抑制;而在关断期间的结束点,Cs虽然能降低开关管电压的上升时间,但其端电压最终会达到()(为忽略漏感时的电压尖峰,为次级对初级的反射电压)。 关管导通的瞬间,Cs将通过电阻Rs与M所形成的回路来放电。Snubber的放电电流将流过开关管,会产生电流突波,并且如果某个时刻占空比变窄,电容将不能放尽电荷而不能达到降低关断损耗的目的。 可见,Snubber电路仅在开关过渡瞬间工作,降低了开关管的损耗,提高了电路的可靠性,电压上升率的减慢也降低了高频电磁干扰。 电压钳位模式 RCD Clamp不同于Snubber模式,其目的是限制开关管关断瞬间其两端的最大尖峰电压,而开关管本身的损耗基本不变。在工作原理上电压钳位模式RC的放电时间常数比抑制电压上升率模式更长。 以图2为例分析电路的工作过程,并且使用工作于反激式变换器的变压器模型。反激式变压器主要由理想变压器、激磁电感与漏感组成。

实验三电磁型时间继电器实验 一、实验目的 熟悉DS—20系列时间继电器的实际结构,工作原理,基本特性,掌握时限的整定和试验调整方法。 二、预习与思考 1、绝缘测试时发现绝缘电阻下降,且不符合要求,是什么原因引起的? 2、影响起动电压、返回电压的因素是什么? 额定电压和继电器内部结构。 3、在某一整定点的动作时间测定,所测得数值大于(或小于)该点的整定时间,并超出允许误差时,将用什么方法进行调整? 4、根据你所学的知识说明时间继电器常用在哪些继电保护装置及自动化电路中? 三、原理说明 DS—20系列时间继电器用于各种继电保护和自动控制线路中,使被控制元件按时限控制原则进行动作。 DS—20系列时间继电器是带有延时机构的吸入式电磁继电器,其中DS—21~DS—24 是内附热稳定限流电阻型时间继电器(线圈适于短时工作),DS—21/c~DS—24/c是外附热稳定限流电阻型时间继电器(线圈适于长时工作)。DS—25~28是交流时间继电器。 该继电器具有一付瞬时转换触点16、17、18,一付滑动主触点3、4(右)和一付终止主触点5、6(左)。 当加电压于线圈两端时,衔铁克服塔形弹簧的反作用力被吸入,瞬时常开触点闭合,常闭触点断开,同时延时机构开始启动,先闭合滑动常开主触点,再延时后闭合终止常开主触点,从而得到所需延时,当线圈断电时,在塔形弹簧作用下,使衔铁和延时机构立刻返回原位。 从电压加于线圈的瞬间起到延时闭合常开主触点止,这段就是继电器的延时时间,可通过整定螺钉来移动静接点位置进行调整,并由螺钉下的指针在刻度盘上指示要设定的时限。

四、实验设备 表2—1实验设备表 五、实习步骤和要求 1、内部结构检查(将继电器取出) (1)观察继电器内部结构,检查各零件是否完好,各螺丝固定是否牢固,焊接质量及线头压接应保持良好。 (2)衔铁部分检查 手按衔铁使其缓慢动作应无明显磨擦,放手后靠塔形弹簧返回应灵活自如,否则应检查 衔铁在黄铜套管内的活动情况,塔形弹簧在任何位置不许有重迭现象。 (3)时间机构检查 当衔铁压入时,时间机构开始走动,在到达刻度盘终止位置,即触点闭合为止的整个动作过程中应走动均匀,不得有忽快忽慢,跳动或中途卡住现象,如发现上述不正常现象,应先调整钟摆轴承螺丝,若无效可在老师指导下将钟表机构解体检查。 (4)接点检查 16应闭合。 17应断开,常开触点○17○ a、当用手压入衔铁时,瞬时转换触点中的常闭触点○18○ b、时间整定螺丝整定在刻度盘上的任一位置,用手压入衔铁后经过所整定的时间,动触点应在距离静触点首端的1/3处开始接触静触点,并在其上滑行到1/2处,即中心点停止。可靠地闭合静触点,释放衔铁时,应无卡涩现象,动触点也应返回原位。 c、动触点和静触点应清洁无变形或烧损,否则应打磨修理。 2、动作电压,返回电压测试

一个新的全桥零电压开关移相DC-DC转换器的工作周期和ZVS范围扩大 摘要: 本文提出了完整的理论分析, 有LCC辅助电路的全桥零电压移相开关(fb-zvs-ps)DC-DC转换器的模拟和的优化设计,在250kHz的频率下工作,输出功率1kW。该变换器采用电容分压器在辅助电感一端创建一半的输入电压。因此在电感两端的电压会在–VI / 2 到+ VI / 2之间摆动,并在被动-主动转换的过程中产生一个额外的增强的初级电流,并增加适合产生ZVS的能量。用这种方法是可能在不使用换向电感的条件下在一系列电力变压器中设计出fb-ps-zvs直流/直流变换器从而避免减少有效占空比的相关问题。更进一步,通过适当的LCC的电路设计,我们发现在整体没有明显损害的前提下ZVS范围和有效工作周期可以优化。 1.介绍: 由于其优越的特性,采用全桥零电压开关移相器已成为首选的拓扑结构的DC-DC转换,用于几百瓦的功率与高输入电压的应用。fb-zvs-ps转换器的主要优点是由于零电压开关和恒定频率操作效率高,允许一个简单的控制,类似于硬开关PWM全桥变换器。 传统的fb-zvs-ps转换器的主要缺点是对负载的依赖,当负载过轻时ZVS 的条件便会不满足。因此,在一系列的电力变压器中,几乎每一个应用程序为了使ZVS的负载范围加宽都需要一个大的换向电感。这个大的电感,当负载很大时不仅会产生高的不可接受的导通损耗,并且会防止初级电流极慢的变化,这将会对有效占空比的降低负责。所以,必须要有一个折衷的设计,考虑到输入电压规格、负载范围、工作周期和效率。 为了解决这个问题,一些新的技术已经开始被提出和开发。引用[5]定义的fb-zvs-ps转换器和采用饱和电抗器与初级绕组和次级整流二极管系列具有局限性。这个过程可以使运行下的零电压开关范围更大,没有显著的导通损耗增加,但始终存在消除多余能量时发生饱和的问题。 参考[ 6 ]描述了一种方法,用一个主换向电感器与终端连接在一个转换被动与主动的腿的中点,其他通过两个钳位二极管连接到输入电压源。通过这种方法,ZVS将会因为桥管获得一个较宽的负载范围。然而,为P-A腿提供正的连续电流钳位二极管,会遭受硬开关,因此将会带来换向损失和召回缓冲。 一种减少上述问题的方法是采用一二绕组电感箝位到输出,如[7–9]所描述:

恒导通时间控制的降压型高效率PFC研究 杨剑友吴新科张军明钱照明 (浙江大学,浙江杭州310027) 摘要:在宽范围输入的AC/DC适配器应用场合,同传统的Boost PFC相比,Buck型功率因数校正电路能够在整个输入电压范围内保持一个较高的效率[1]。本文提出了一种工作在临界导通模式的恒导通时间型Buck功率因数校正电路,能够实现主开关的零电压(ZVS)开通。全文分析了电路的工作原理,并给出了实现高效率、低谐波电流的设计方法。同时根据所述的设计原则构建100瓦的Buck功率因数校正器,其输入电流谐波满足IEC61000-3-2(Class D)标准,在整个输入电压范围内(90Vac~265Vac)效率均在96.5%以上。 关键词:功率因数校正;Buck;临界模式;恒导通时间控制 A High Efficiency Step-down PFC with constant on time control Jianyou Yang, Xinke Wu, Junming Zhang and Zhaoming Qian (Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, 310027, China ) Abstract: In universal voltage input application, the buck PFC can achieve high efficiency in the entire universal input voltage range compare to boost PFC[1]. A critical conduction mode (CRM) ZVS buck converter with constant on-time control is proposed in this paper. This paper analyses the operation principle of the circuit and the design methodology and criteria for high efficiency and low harmonics of the CRM buck AC-DC converter are presented. A 100-W prototype designed according to the proposed design criteria shows that the input current harmonics meet the IEC61000-3-2 (Class D) standard and the efficiency is higher than 0.965 during the universal input range. Keywords:Power Factor Correction; Buck; CRM; Constant-on time control 1 引言 由于目前大多数用电设备中的非线性元件和储能元件的存在会使输入交流电流波形发生严重畸变,网侧输入功率因数很低,为了满足国际标准IEC61000-3-2的谐波要求[2],必须在这些用电设备中加入功率因数校正电路(Power Factor Correction-PFC)。传统的有源PFC电路一般用Boost拓扑,这是因为Boost电路具有控制容易、驱动简单并且理论上实现输入电流可以完全跟踪输入电压。但是Boost电路具有输出电压高的缺点,而且在宽范围输入(90Vac-265Vac)条件下,在低电压输入时效率会比高压输入时下降1.5%-2%。在小功率AC/DC应用场合(<150W),降压(Buck)拓扑能够在整个输入电压范围内保持较高效率。更重要的时,由于AC/DC适配器应用中的散热设计都是根据效率最低点来设计的,因此boost功率因数校正器在输入低压时的低效率,成为严重制约适配器的功率密度和效率提高的瓶颈。而Buck拓扑应用在AC/DC时效率不会随输入电压有很大的变化,因此热设计也相对简单,能够实现高的功率密度。 采用Buck电路作为功率因数校正器在文献[3]-[5]中已经被提出,文献中所采用的控制方法都为定频率PWM控制。文献[1]中提出的是电流箝位Buck(clamped-current buck,CCB),其工作原理为普通的峰值电流控制方式加上变斜率的斜波补偿实现。但是在电压峰值附近处电流会处于连续工作状态,造成二极管的反向恢复损耗,而且输入电流的功率因数很难在全电压输入范围内都保持在0.9以上。本文中所述的Buck PFC采用恒导通时间法的临界模式控制(Critical Mode-CRM),使Buck 电感电流下降到零时开通开关管,每个周期导通时间恒定,由于其没有二极管的反向恢复问题,同时在开关管开通前漏源极电压通过结电容与电感的谐振,实现零电压开通,其效率较高。 2 Buck PFC分析与优化设计 2.1 恒定导通时间Buck PFC的控制原理 图1所示为临界模式Buck PFC的系统框图,当过零检测电路检测到电感电流下降到零时开通开 关管,此时比较器的正端锯齿波信号开始上升,当锯齿波信号达到运放的输出电压V EAO的时候,比较器输出高电平,开关管关断。由于锯齿波的上升斜率是恒定的,V EAO在一个工频周期内可以视为固定值,

第一章 馈线自动化的基本原理 随着电压型配网自动化设备在国内许多城市的陆续投运,为满足配网自动化建设的需要,充分发挥电压型配网自动化的优势与特点,在我公司推出的系列配网自动化设备中,已经成功的开发了电压型馈线自动化故障检测功能。 所谓电压型配电自动化设备,是指基于电压、时间配合工作原理的设备,其正常工作和对事故的判断处理均是以电压为基本判据,通过各个区段投入的延时逐级送电,来判断故障区间。为了便于后面的分析,在此,我们以一环网结构的线路为例,简单介绍其基本工作原理。 如下面的线路拓扑图。CK1和CK2为变电站的出口开关;KG1到KG5为线路上开关,其 中KG3为联络开关。正常运行时,通过出口CK1开关依次经过KG1、KG2开关送电,通过出口CK2开关依次经过KG5、KG4开关送电,整条线路处在开环运行状态。现模拟在开关KG1与KG2之间的某处G 点发生永久故障时,整条线路动作时序图。具体如下: 1 2、在G 3、经过延时(5S )后变电站出口开关CK1第一次重合,开关KG1进入 X 时限 4、开关KG1 X 时限延时结束,开关合闸,进入Y 时限 5、因开关KG1重合到故障上,变电站出口开关CK1再次跳闸;开关KG1合闸后因失压而进入Y 时限闭锁,KG2检测到瞬间电压而进入瞬压闭锁

6、经过延时(5S)后变电站出口开关CK1第二次重合,恢复正常段供电 7、联络开关KG3经过X时限后合闸动作,恢复KG2和KG3之间的非故障区域供电 备注: 1)开关红色表示开关处于合状态,绿色表示分状态,深绿表示开关处于闭锁状态。 2)时序图描述的为G点发生永久性故障。当G点发生瞬时故障时,时序图4中KG1合闸成功,将会转化为时序图1。

SS-61、62型时间继电器 1 概述 1.1 用途 主要用于各种控制和继电器保护电路中,达到自动延时转换电路的目的。 1.2 产品型号、名称、规格见表1。 表1 2 结构 产品采用标准的结构,所有元器件安装在可以插拔的机芯上,同一机芯可以有四种结构型式,即A11K 嵌入式;A11P 拼块嵌入式;A11H 突出式后接线;A11Q 突出式前接线,见附图。产品外壳为黑色胶木,盖子为透明的有机玻璃,可以清楚地观察到产品的整定位置及发光二极管的指示灯,指示产品的工作和动作。取下有机玻璃盖,调节拨盘开关,可以方便地改变延时整定值,拔出机芯可以方便地进行维修。 图2 端子图(背视) 3 技术参数 3.1 额定电压 a. 交流50Hz,220、127、110、100V; b. 直流220、110、48、24V。 3.2 延时整定范围:1~9999s. 3.3 触点形式:二转换。 3.4 动作值 a. 在基准条件下,对于SS-61型产品,其动作电压不大于85%的额定电压;

b. 在基准条件下,对于SS-62型产品,其动作电压不大于70%的额定电压。 3.5 返回值:在基准条件下,产品的返回电压不小于5%的额定电压。 3.6 动作延时一致性:当产品施加额定激励量时,在同一整定点上,10次测量的最大与最 小动作时间之差值应不大于整定值的1%。 3.7 延时整定值的平均误差 a. 1~9s,在基准条件下,延时整定值的平均误差不超过±3%(取10次测量平均值); b. 10~9999s,在基准条件下,延时整定值的平均误差不超过±1%(取10次测量平均值)。 3.8 功率消耗:在额定电压下产品的功率消耗不大于表2的规定值。 表2 在额定电压下,在环境温度在-10~+50℃变化时,产品延时整定值与20±2℃时延时整定值的变差应不超过±3%。 3.10 输入激励量变化对性能影响 在周围环境温度为20±2℃时,当电源电压在标称范围变化时,产品各整定点的延时整定值与额定电压时的延时整定值的变差不超过±2%。 3.11 热性能 当环境温度为40℃时,产品施加输入激励量为1.1倍额定值的条件下,应能长期工作,不致对绝缘或其他电气元器件造成热损坏。 对SS-61型产品,其线圈温升应不超过65K。 3.12 绝缘电阻应不小于300MΩ。 3.13介质强度:耐受2kV、50Hz、历时1min交流试验电压无击穿或闪络现象;耐受5kV冲击电压无绝缘损坏现象。 3.14 触点性能:在电压不大于250V,电流不大于0.4A,时间常数为5±0.75ms的直流有感负荷电路中,断开容量为30W,触点应可靠动作104次。 4 使用和维护 4.1 SS-61/62型时间继电器为通电延时继电器,其端子接线图如图2所示。取下有机玻璃 盖,将拨盘开关调到所需整定位置,面板上四个拨盘开关从右至左表示个位、十位、百位及千位。 在继电器外壳端子①与②间施加额定电压(对SS-62型,其额定电压为24V时,应直接接⑦与⑧端子)。这时继电器开始延时,面板上绿色发光二极管闪烁,表示继电器正在工作,当延时值达到设置的整定值时,绿色发光二极管灯灭,红色发光二极管灯亮,表示延时结束动作,此时继电器的⑤与⑥、(19)与(20)端子接通,并一直保持此状态,直到断开电源电压时,继电器返回,完成一次延时过程。 使用时继电器每次通电延时结束,下次接通间隔时间不小于3s。

电磁型时间继电器实验 一、实验目的 熟悉DS—20系列时间继电器的实际结构,工作原理,基本特性,掌握时限的整定和试验调整方法以。 二、预习与思考 1、绝缘测试时发现绝缘电阻下降,且不符合要求,是什么原因引起的? 2、影响起动电压、返回电压的因素是什么? 3、在某一整定点的动作时间测定,所测得数值大于(或小于)该点的整定时间,并超出允许误差时,将用什么方法进行调整? 4、根根你所学的知识说明时间继电器常用在哪些继电保护装置及自动化电路中? 三、原理说明 DS—20系列时间继电器用于各种继电保护和自动控制线路中,使被控制元件按时限控制原则进行动作。 DS—20系列时间继电器是带有延时机构的吸入式电磁继电器,其中DS—21~DS—24是内附热稳定限流电阻型时间继电器(线圈适于短时工作),DS—21/c~DS—24/c是外附热稳定限流型时间继电器(线圈适于长时工作)。DS—25~28是交流时间继电器。 该继电器具有一付瞬时转换触点,一付滑动主触点和一付终止主触点。继电器内部接线见图2—1。

整定时间后,滑动触点闭合。再经过一定时间后,终止触点闭合。从电压加到线圈的瞬间起,到延时动合触点闭合止的这一段时间,可借移动静触点的位置以调整之,并由指针直接在继电器的标度盘上指明。当线圈断电时,唧子和延时机构在塔形反力弹簧的作用下,瞬时返回到原来的位置。 DS-20系列时间继电器用于各种继电保护和自动控制线路中,使被控制元件按时限控制进行动作。 中间继电器,用于继电保护与自动控制系统中传递中间信号,以增加触点的数量及容量。 【实验内容】 1.时间继电器的动作电流和返回电流测试 实验接线见图2-1,选用EPL-05挂箱的DS-21型继电器,整定范围(0.25-1.25s)。 Rp采用EPL-14的900 电阻盘(分压器接法),注意图2-1中Rp的引出端(A3、A2、A1)接线方式,不要接错,并把电阻盘调节旋钮逆时针调到底。 开关S采用EPL-14的按钮开关SB1,处于弹出位置,即断开状态。直流电压表位于EPL-19。 图2-1 时间继电器动作电压、返回电压实验 数字电秒表的使用方法:“启动”两接线柱接通,开始计时,“停止”两接线柱接通,结束计时。 (1)动作电压U d的测试 合上220V直流电源船型开关和按钮开关SB1,顺时针调节可变电阻Rp使输出电压从最小位置慢慢升高,并观察直流电压表的读数。
