自我介绍

很荣幸能参加这次的面试。我在上大学前因为阅读了一些法律书籍所以对法律产生了兴趣，因而学习法律。大学阶段主要是学习一些法学的理论专题课，补足学科专业知识的短板；也学习一些实务课程，比如民事、刑事、行政审判实务，会计、金融实务，律师实务等等课程。期间还有幸到XX律师事务所来实习了一个学期，虽然时间不算长，但是能第一次有机会参与到律师团队的工作，感觉很有新鲜感也很有收益。我是去年通过司法考试的，学习法律以后也一直有从事法律行业的意愿，这次有机会来XX所参加面试，很熟悉也很亲切。希望有机会能够加入这个集体，向团队里的各位前辈请教学习。实习期间主要工作：撰写了几篇简单的法律文书草稿，为案件查阅相关法律法规和一些法律问题的理论研究现状，整理案卷这一类的工作。

律师：抛弃裁判者思维，了解诉求、解决争议、促成交易，获得争议吃苦：走向社会的角色转换（价值的创造者、责任的承担者），物质生活的匮乏；磨砺：磨砺性情（不骄不躁、踏实、严谨、稳重、更有责任心（公益活动、公共议题的关注和讨论））学习：提升实务水平、能够独立处理法律问题；学习为人处世的的作风、态

度。

计划：能够有独立承办案件的能力，刚开始从事律师行业接触的面还很小，

没有深厚的积累，对其他领域还不了解，不能找到最适合自己的领域；律师这是

一个需要积累和用心经营的行业，希望能够在几年的学习和实践中找到自己适合

的方向。

I am honored to be able to take part in this interview.During my college studies, I was very interested in law and lawyers.For these reasons, I chose to pursue a Juris Master degree at the postgraduate education stage .In addition to studying some theoretical courses, I was lucky enough totake part in the internship activities in this famous law firm during myr schoolyears.
