No they don’t support me at first, but I made lots of efforts to prove them that I can be a good controller. When we finish the long way talking, they become support and encourage me to work hard!

So I think we need more communications, we need respect each other because we are cooperative units.

Finally I think a good controller should have healthy body because we usually work under pressure.

全国英语等级考试PETS考试流程 （一）关于考试指导语和题目用语 为了让考生发挥应有的水平，在PETS一、二级的笔试中听力、英语知识运用、阅读理解和写作的指导语都是中文的。此外，为避免考生直接挪用试题中的语言，写作和口试试题也有可能是中文的，但口试中口试教师的口头说明仍使用英文。在PETS三、四、五级的考试中，笔、口试的指导语都将使用英文。在三、四级写作题中所提供的引导性材料可能会涉及到少量的中文。 （二）关于答题卡和登分卡的使用 PETS各级别的考试都有其特别设计的答题卡和登分卡。笔试中，使用的是用于光电阅读器（OMR）评分的客观题答题卡和用于人工阅卷的主观题答题（阅读器登分）卡。四、五级的客观题答题卡在机器阅读前，有部分题目也需要人工评阅。 口试使用的是口试成绩登分卡。口试开始前考生在卡上填好自己的考号等有关信息，口试结束时口试教师在卡上填上考生的口试成绩。 *包括翻译题（阅读理解部分B节）的作答和评分。 （三）关于答题时间PETS各级别的答题时间分配如下表所示：

二年级语文口试总结 低年段语文口试活动是一种发展性评价，根本目的是促进学生达到目标，而不是检查和评比。口试考查能够弥补传统笔试的一些不足，对学生的考查更趋于全面，有利于促进学生的全面发展。 口试能够对学生每个方面的发展情况作出评价。学生各个方面的发展是不平衡的，有的长于表达，有的长于记忆，有的长于逻辑推理，有的长于空间想象，这些特长在笔试中得不到鲜明的反映，而口试考查能够将不同的内容分别进行考查，较好地解决教师因材施教、面向全体的问题。更能够让学生把自己优势和特长展示出来，使他们明白自己的优势所在和最有前途的发展方向，进而有意识、有选择地发展自己的语文特长，对于培养“合格+特长”的人才是十分有益的。 此次口试考查实验的内容包括以下两部分 （1）口语交际 ①听话：包括听说词语、听句子复述及回答提问、听一段话回答问题。 ②说话：包括根据实际说话、看图说话、用给定的词语说话、围绕主题说话、据情境说话。 （2）诵读 ①朗读：包括课内文章、课外读物。 ②背诵：课内要求背诵的内容、课外要求背诵的古诗。 低年级还有对课内外识字量的测试。 在考评的过程中，我们也做了比较细致的工作。具体工作如下：各班学生以小组为单位到相应考点，学生到位后，考评老师按考核名单点名考核，并且根据情况记录、评价。首先由学生抽签朗读、口语作品，并三分钟准备，前面一名学生准备完毕，后一名学生抽签并上交考核成绩表；接着，由前一名学生进行朗读、口语考核，而再由后一名学生做好准备。 通过口试提高学生的朗读和口语水平。提高了学生的学习兴趣，鼓励学生提高自身的朗读和口语水平。朗读和口语训练，对培养学生的语感，提高学生的思维和写作能力都有较大的帮助。 经过本次口试，我更大程度上了解了学生在认知与诵读方面的不同差异，一定程度上，该次口试也基本反映了学生在平时的识记与课外积累方面所体现的差距。真正客观的口试考查结果摆在了每一个学生面前。也是我自己认识到在平时的课堂教学中要注意规范学生口头语言。由于小学生生活经历少，口语能力较弱，无论口语交际的内容、方式和语言形式都较生疏，也欠缺良好的交际态度和听说习惯。教师在教学中一定要注意听学生说话。随时规范学生的口头语言。教师的指导主要在两个方面；一是努力调动学生生活与语言积累，在此基础上，根据需要适当提示、补充或指导搜集一些有关交际内容方面的材料和语言材料；如以游戏为交际内容补充、搜集一些游戏方式方法材料，以讲礼貌为交际内容提示一些礼貌语言材料等……优秀者，满意了;平庸者，默言了。
