为什么有人惊诧于年轻人宁愿送外卖

这两天,“年轻人宁愿送外卖也不去工厂”的话题引发了广泛的讨论。之所以如此,是因为有新闻将某些工业生产厂家的用工荒与近年来外卖送餐骑手数量增长迅速的事实联系在了一起。当然,把这两者联系起来,表面看似乎有理,但实际上,两者之间并无逻辑关联。

从根本上讲,在相对自由的劳动力市场上,劳动力的流向体现了市场的价值取向。如果仅从表象看,无论是外卖送餐骑手的巨量增长还是工业生产厂家的用工荒,都是劳动力市场流动和选择的结果,因而其现象本身并无对错之别。巨量增长和用工荒,只要不是强迫选择的结果,只要不是刻意压制的结果,那么这就是一个正常的市场现象。那些“宁愿……也不……”式的思维,其实还是有一个独立于市场之外的价值取向和标准,认为去工厂高于、优于当骑手,认为顺着无形之手指引的就业选择总是那么不令人踏实。

然而,无形之手正是通过配置资源——这其中当然包括劳动力资源——来不断提高市场的效率,而配置资源的过程也正是不断提升劳动力市场价值的过程。工业生产的用工荒,实际上反映了在工业生产的劳动力市场上存在着劳动力价值倒挂的问题。解决这个问题,既不能在减少外卖骑手的数量或减少外卖骑手的收入身上打主意,也不能在其他行业制造挤出效应以迫使劳动力转向工业生产厂家上面寻出

路,而只能顺应劳动力市场的行情,要么给劳动力以应有的价值,要么因此而转业。由此,那种“给6500元/月还招不来一个成衣厂普工”的说法就多少显得矫情。6500元还招不来工,这除了说明一个普工的劳动力市场价值已经超过了这个数字之外,还能说明什么呢?

去年,中国的人均GDP已经接近1万美元。在人均GDP1万美元的刻度上,相当一部分产业工人应该步入社会的中产阶层行列。当下产业工人用工荒的现实,说明产业工人的劳动力市场价值被大大压低了。当然,这其中的原因并非仅仅是用工者付酬的问题,而更多是整个市场价格信号体系以及诸如税收、劳工保护、社会管理等体制性问题。而这也正是中国经济调整和改革的因由所在。

只有跳出“宁愿……也不……”式的思维,才能找到工业生产厂家用工荒的症结。由此也可以说,现在年轻人“宁愿”去送外卖其实是一个再正常不过的现象。作为新业态的一个组成部分,外卖送餐行业的发展势头良好,市场前景看好,社会效益也同样很好。在此,不能将这样一个市场现象与用工荒的市场现象对立起来,甚或视之为有容损关联关系,进而做出有损于外卖行业发展以补救产业用工荒的蠢事。

在经济发达国家,城市街道或高速公路上的车流中,快递车辆几乎抬眼可见。而在巨大的航空运量里,物流飞机的数量也占有相当比例。流通产生价值,流通实现价值。而所谓外卖送餐骑手,实际上就是物流行业的劳动力。物流业其实是工业生产的延伸,是工业产品实现市场价值的必不可少的过程。外卖送餐行业发展迅速,说明其找准了市场需求,其结果是极大地扩容了餐饮市场空间,促进了餐饮业的

发展,既提升了市场效率也提升了人们生活质量。

据相关数据,仅美团外卖一家,其2400万的日订单就带动了360多万家商户和60万外卖骑手,三成骑手的月收入在5000以上,此外去年还有200多万兼职外卖骑手从平台获得了收入。这样的市场规模,吸引那么多“宁愿”的年轻人,奇怪么?

《经典咏流传》古诗新唱老知识新形式相得益彰近日,央视因为节目编排关系,《经典咏流传》宣布延后播出,这一消息丝毫没有影响观众的热情,节目的录制消息、往期节目的视频,都引起网络热议,甚至一度冲上热搜。不少观众认为,《经典咏流传》让观众在鉴赏歌曲的同时领悟诗词精髓,更好地融入意境。

与此同时,一首《生僻字》成为“网红神曲”,有网友称,对照歌词唱了几遍歌曲,轻松把几十个生僻字读音记住,“下一步就是去查阅字典了解这些字词的出处和含义”。在歌曲中学习更多传统文化知识,这些不同于知识灌输式的创新形式是大众喜闻乐见的——亘古绵延的“古老”知识,正与富有巧思的“年轻”形式交相辉映、相得益彰。

《经典咏流传》第二季:选用经典更加丰富和广泛

近日,央视《经典咏流传》节目微博曝光了一段郁可唯和胡夏合作清唱《知否知否》的花絮。当郁可唯开口清唱歌曲《知否知否》片段时,仿佛又将听众带回电视剧《知否知否应是绿肥红瘦》当中,虽然两人清唱的画面仅有短短十几秒,但也足以让听众“一饱耳福”。

去年,《经典咏流传》第一季节目播出时,成功掀起一股“诗词音乐热”。如今,第二季节目延续“和诗以歌”的形式,将更多的诗词经

典与流行音乐相结合,让诗词经典乘着歌声的翅膀传唱四方。节目一开播就吸引了大批观众的追看,谭维维大气激昂的《山高路远》、赵照与齐豫催人泪下的《乡愁》、王源意气风发的《长歌行》,还有清华大学校友合唱团光芒闪烁的《登鹳雀楼》,均朗朗上口、荡气回肠。

《经典咏流传》第二季在经典选用上更加丰富和广泛。从时代上,增加了唐宋以外,特别是近现代作品的比重;从体裁上,更多尝试诗词之外的文学著作。比如在第三期节目中,主修中国古典文学的美国博士生克丽丝叮带来一首《梦蝶:一百万个可能》。她将《庄子·齐物论》和李白《古风(其九)》两篇经典与自己一首点击量3亿多的“网红”歌曲融合,重新作词演绎,在舞台上大放异彩。

为了让观众在鉴赏歌曲之前就能领悟诗词精髓,更好融入意境,本季《经典咏流传》将“解析”环节前置,每首歌曲的结构变成:专业朗诵、文学评析、演唱经典、鉴赏互动。同时,本季节目还增加了外拍小片和第二现场,使得经典歌曲在演绎之前就有充分的酝酿和铺垫。

节目中,鉴赏团成员康震说到,古人的诗歌替大家说出了心里很想说出的一些话。“五千年文化,三千年诗韵”,让观众在情感共鸣中,重新发现经典诗词在当下的价值和力量,从诗词中汲取心灵滋养,获得前行的动力,才是真正“让经典再流行”。

观众则认为:“自从开始唱这些歌,背古诗可以事半功倍。”“音乐之美、人声之美和文本之美在这种松弛的状态下特别容易共振。”

The best way to improve your knowledge of a foreign language is to go and live among its speakers. The next best way is to read extensively in it. 阅读是读者从语篇中获取信息的过程。著名语言学家 Christine Nuttall认为,作者将自己头脑中的信息编码,形成语篇,读者再把语篇解码,获取信息。 阅读活动各环节的设置应注重其心理效应、突出语言的实践性和语篇的整体性。 阅读是读者与文章的交互过程。 传统观点认为阅读就是要从文章中获取信息,了解文章的内容就是达到了阅读的目的。然而现在语言学家们提出了新的看法。“ 阅读是一个语言心理的猜测过程” ( Goodman )。读者在对语言层次的词语进行解码的同时,也在运用自己的知识(事实和社会文化方面的知识、有关阅读材料话题的知识、文章结构组织的知识、情景上下文的知识等)对文章的下文进行预测,阅读检验自己的预测、修订自己的预测、进行新的预测…… 整个阅读过程实际上就是读者与文章的交互过程。 只有当低层次阅读和高层次阅读共同作用时,才能实现流利阅读的目的。这样的阅读才能激发学生的思维能力、想象能力和创造能力,而这,也正是我们阅读教学的目的。
