中药香薰法治疗重症腺样体肥大临床研究

【摘要】中药香薰法近年治疗腺样体肥大二千余例，本文临床63重症病例均为病程较长，采用各种方法治疗仍然反复发作医生建议手术，年龄1-12岁儿童，都有严重的睡觉打鼾症状，部分同时有呼吸暂停，腺样体均堵塞2/3以上，严重的在80%以上，中药香薰法治疗一般30天左右腺样体肥大基本恢复正常，同时患有慢性鼻窦炎、扁桃体肥大、分泌性中耳炎、鼻甲肥大等的治疗时间较长。

【Abstract】In this paper， more than 2000 cases of adenoidal hypertrophy were treated by aromatherapy with traditional Chinese medicine， 63 cases of severe adenoidal hypertrophy had a long course of disease. Surgery recommended by doctors was still repeated by various methods. Children aged 2-10 years old all had severe symptoms of sleeping and snoring， some of them had apnea and more than 2/3 of the adenoids were blocked. More than 90% of the patients were treated with aromatherapy for 30 days， and the treatment time of chronic sinusitis， tonsil hypertrophy，secretory otitis media and turbinate hypertrophy was longer.

1 腺样体肥大治疗综述

腺样体肥大发病率为9.9%-29.9%[1]，各大医院人满为患，手术常常需要等待数月。

腺样体肥大一般是由慢性鼻窦炎等附近炎症引起[2]，多发于3-5岁儿童，近年来不断向低龄和高龄蔓延，这主要是对上呼吸道感染治疗不规范引起，使治疗复杂化。

腺样体肥大随着病情加重治疗难度也不断加大，患者家长在万般无奈之下，最后花费1-3万元送子女去做全身麻醉手术。

全身麻醉影响儿童智力发育[3]，会造成学习困难成绩下降，并且由于腺样体位置敏感，

手术不能深入，有的患者手术后存留的腺样体还会增生肥大堵塞呼吸道，需要二次手术[4]，

而后要求患者第三次做手术的也屡见不鲜。

腺样体肥大已经成为严重影响下一代儿童的智力和身心健康急需解决的问题。
