PEP小学英语五年级上册《Unit 3 What would you like?B Let’s try & Let’s talk》教学设计

【课前活动】

1、Let’s sing

师播放“What would you like to eat?”视频,生学唱歌曲

T: WOW! Your voice is very beautiful.

2、打招呼 Hello/hi!What’s your name?

Do you like this song?

Me too. I like the food and drink. 贴词卡

What did you hear in this song?

What would you like to eat/drink?

3、小组为单位打招呼

In this class I divide you into 4groups: tasty group, healthy group, sweet group, delicious group.

(Hello、Hi 、Good morning...)

At the end of our class we’ll have a class-interval lunch, and the best group will get more food and drinks. So come on, please. OK?

【教学过程】

Step 1:Warming-up

1、Greetings:

T: Time for English class,are you ready?

T: Class begin! Good afternoon,boys and girls. Say hello to the teachers. Sit down, please.

T: This class we’ll learn :Unit 3 What would you like? B Let’s talk 师张贴课题领读课题

指着准备的实物说: Here I have so much food and drinks. The best group can get more things. So come on please.

(设计意图:通过轻松愉悦的英语歌曲为学生创设英语学习氛围,在活跃氛围的同时,自由对话引入本课时的教学主题。)

2、Can you say:(3 minutes)

Here the first task for you. Say the words as quickly as possible.

PPT快速闪现一种食物或饮料单词

师问What’s this ? 生一起说出现两种或三种指生说…and…(小组评价)

出现coke时,师问 Do you like Coke ? 问两个男生

T:Me too. Coke is delicious,but it’s not healthy,so we can’t drink too much Coke.

(设计意图:让学生看到图片后快速说出英文单词,形成自己的menu. 让学生通过游戏环节,快速在脑海中闪现已经积累的有关本节课所需要的食物累单词,既能激发学生的兴趣,提高注意力,也为本课时学习做好

词汇上的准备,为主句型的导入和操练做铺垫。同时也渗透了情感教育。)

3、I can say

T: I like Coke. I like milk better.

I like water best.

So,I love water. 词卡教读love,指生读,小组开火车读。

T: I love water.How about you? 操练句型I love…

T:Do you know like and love?

PPT出示like和love的比较,指1生读

4、教学favourite

T:I love water .Water is my favourite drink.

词卡教读,指生读,小组开火车读。

T:What’s your favourite drink? 引导I love…来回答

词卡教读fa/vouri/te 分音节教读 one by one 练习

指生问What’s your favourite drink?

用I love... 和my favourite drink is …回答

(设计意图:在复习已学的食物和饮料单词的同时,再现已学句型I like some... 为本课时的内容作铺垫;同时让学生提问,师来回答引出love 这个单词,进入let’s try环节。)

Step2:presentation

(Let’s try)

T: Sarah and Zhang Peng are thirsty . What are their favourite drink? Please, listen and match.生齐读问题

1、Listen and match

播放Let’s try录音,生来回答核对答案,PPT出示:

Can you say like this:(指生回答,评价)

Sarah’s favourite drink is…

Zhang Peng’s favourite drink is… How about you?

2、Can you say

板书句型What’s your favourite drink? 教读,小组读

引导生用I love…来回答指生问生问ABC答

(设计意图:通过Let’s try的听力练习,呈现本课时的重要句型What’s your favourite drink? My favourite drink is…,并通过can you say 环节进行操练,问答练习。)

3、Watch and choose

(1)Sarah and Zhang Peng are talking about something. Watch and choose “What are they talking about?” ABC看图说选项

指生回答 B: favourite food 并领读

(2)图片出示菜谱。What’s this?让学生猜测

教学today’s menu ,师领读We have …and… today.

We have a menu too. (拿出今日菜谱)引导生齐读We have…

(设计意图:开始进入文本,让学生从整体上把握文本的内容,理解句型运用的真实情境;并引申出today’s menu,紧扣本课时的活动任务,也为接下来的拓展环节做铺垫。)

4、Watch and choose

T:There are so much food today. What is Sarah’s favourite food? Please watch and choose the right answer.齐读问题和 ABC选项

指生回答,正确答案B fish

T: Sarah’s favourite food is fish. How about you?What’s your favourite food?

5、I CAN SAY

T:What’s your favourite food? 指生回答,并提问同桌

Practice with your partner.同桌练习,2/3组展示

6、Watch and answer ( 2.5 minutes )

(1)How about Zhang Peng’s favourite food? Please watch again and answer:播放视频,找生回答

生齐读Zhang Peng’s favourite food is .

指生回答 Noodles 直到说出Beef noodles.

(2)借机问生:Do you love Beef noodles ?引出They’re delicious. 词卡教学单词de/li/cious 分音节教读单词,

领读,小组读,开火车读They’re delicious.

(设计意图:通过What is Sarah’s favourite food? 和What is Zhang Peng’s favourite food?两个更深入点的问题,帮助学生充分理解文本

的主要意义;并通过I can say操练环节,为后面的语言输出打好基础。)Step3:Practice

1、Watch and imitate

Now,let’s watch and imitate. There are two tips for you. 播放视频学生跟读2遍

2、Group work

出示活动要求No1,read by yourself

No2,read in roles.

学生自由朗读对话,然后小组内进行角色扮演。

3、Role play ( 2.5 minutes )

Which group want to show us.

找4个小组的代表分角色朗读对话。

T: Stop here. It’s nearly the class-interval lunch time. Let’s make a survey.

(设计意图:通过模仿视频的语音语调,进行跟读练习,培养学生良好语音语调;小组活动训练学生小组合作的意识,培养学生在小组中互帮互助学习的良好习惯。)

Step4:Progress

1、Make a survey

(1)投影出示Today’s menu,T找一名学生进行示范,

T: I need a volunteer,Can you try? (找一生,做示范)

T:What’s your name? What’s your …food? What’s your …drink ?投影示范(边问边写)

汇报用语:(组长进行汇报)

2、 Show time 展示时间

(另外一名学生拿着小筐取本组的食物,其他学生铺桌布,整理垃圾桶,小组名牌,)

3、 Sharing time 享用时间

T:Now it ’s our sharing time ,do you know that :

(读PPT 上的用餐礼仪)

T:Are you clear ?Look at the board.Which group is the best one? 和生一起看PK 榜

T: And group … is the winner. Let ’s clap for them.

师把奖品There are some drinks for your group. (奖品)

T:It ’s your time. Help yourself,please. (音乐)
