我的习武经验谈——缘起

201X年12月，乘车途中。一少年上车，同座有人相识问其何往？少年欢欣回答：

学武术去。看见他神色愉悦生机勃勃之象，自己不由心生感慨，曾几何时，不也恰同学少年英姿勃发！时光流逝如白驹过隙，叹息之余，不由生出回忆习武经验之念，遂写此文，仅为自娱。因为是在双份工作之余所思所想杂乱难免，现工作闲暇便打字上传吧。

我发现武术的密秘

（1）武术套路的作用

壬辰年仲春，天朗气清。与友人闲游振兴广场时，兴之所至舞拳弄脚了一回。武友观看后说：

你所练掌法柔软不实用。看我练来，随即吐气发声，势如火炮刚猛快捷演练一套。事后众说纷纭，武术套路有刚有柔，生死相搏时能实用吗？武术套路数以千百计其作用是什么呢？

闻弦歌而知雅意。除传统公认的说法外，我个人认为可以从门派品牌、经验载体、训练工具；等现代视角来思考武术套路的作用。

过去，传统武术家是轻易不在人前表演武术技艺的。习武练功大多选择清静偏僻之处，非常自律与保守。我师从少林八极拳门，本派有软、硬、死、活四套拳法。老师从来不曾演练全过，纵是其子也只传一套比赛表演。不得其人宁肯失传，老舍先生在小说《断魂枪》中深刻描述了这种现象与心态。此或许为数百年来武术家的通病，代表了门派的嫡传与否。掌握学习了核心功法与套路，即代表传承了门派正统衣鉢，由此可见武术套路首先是代表武术门派的商标品牌。

夫子曰：

人之患，患在好为人师。人类对于后代的关爱是出于天性的，但凡自认为好的经验。便想方设法的希望流传下来，为了生存而在生死搏杀中所获得的经验与技巧，更应首当其冲。中国武术所流传的各种武术套路，便是此种意识的产物，作为思想经验的载体而百花齐放。

不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中。武术套路作为武术训练的主要方法，可以让习武者掌握各种劲力与技击招术，这是人所共知的，但它的作用是仅止于此吗？前人在说明一件不易说明的事物时，常用类比方法让人理解。我用学习汽车驾驶来类比学习武术套路的作用与意义所在，这也是我最敝帚自珍的体悟。现代社会汽车作为主要交通工具遍布城乡，几乎无人不知。通过对汽车构造性能的了解，实际驾驶的过程，就相当于学习武术基本功、拳法、器械套路的过程。学会驾驶开车上路，面对千变万化的路况，就相当于武术实战的应用。虽有一定之规，更需临机应变。选择自己喜欢适合的汽车品牌，便是选择武术门派拳种的过程。学员在学会驾驶后，起动脚踩离合、油门、刹车，手动变换档位都已成为自然动作。即无需在开车前再重复练习，只要直接发动汽车上路便行。所以武林前辈也有无需套路练习，

直接实战。专练神经反射能力、身体素资、体能等特种训练方法。驾驶员在开车熟练后，对于观察路况、车流、行人、变换档位、加油、刹车等，眼、脑、手、脚配合会行成自动、半自动化的条件反射。人体大脑神经此种反应意识的快慢，决定了能否成为优秀驾驶员的内在主要因素。武术套路除却手、眼、身法、步、体能、劲力、技巧的训练之外，我认为最主要的作用即在于训练习武者的这种自动、半自动的脑神经反应能力，一但突遇袭击便会下意识的自动反应还击对手。古时曹操有望梅止渴的典故，武术套路训练所起的作用就类似曹操青梅所引发的条件反射作用。驾驶员开车时人车一体，也可以引申为拳脚会而器械能。机械、器械是人体身体、肢体能力的延长。举一反三，一通百通。由上可知，武术套路是训练人体脑神经反应能力的外部训练工具，这才是武术套路真正的秘密。大多数习武者训练拳械十数年，恐怕也未必知晓此中道理。

需要说明的一点是传统武术套路，与现代比赛套路在训练方法上有着很大的区别。传统武术有些只是一些实战散招或劲力、技巧的训练，习武者在功力精纯，招法熟练后可以自我随意组合演练武术套路，这与现代规范正规的武术竟赛套路不同。

（2）武术劲力的发放

我在习武十余年后，又发现了中国武术的又一个秘密，劲力的发放。过去限于种种原因，武术师父只说多练拳、多练功便会劲力上身，详细如何则各有秘传。外人不得而知，更无论比较研究。所幸社会进步网络发达，过去难得一见的秘传，现今已广泛流传于网络视频、武术书籍之中。

通过对比研究，我发现中国武术各门派发劲虽然名称形式不同，而实际本质则相同。皆为心理影响身理，内部神经影响外部筋骨肌肉作用，具有惊人的共同点。例如：

心意、行意拳抖绝劲，丹田抖决、如火烧身、心意一动鸟难飞。八卦掌干冷劲，如人身冷、突打寒战、活步瞬间发掌。太极拳缠丝、弹抖劲，循环缠绕、腰腿发力、松活弹抖。宗鹤拳虾退狗宗身，如狗沾水、颤吹弹抖、宗鹤发劲。咏春拳依寸劲，拧腰坐胯、寸力弹抖。等等，研究至此对上述拳法发劲描述，有无似曾相识之处？有无异曲同工之效！

能掌握劲力的发放，是标志着真正步入中国武术之门的关键。所以大成拳门有掌握发劲，一招抵万招之言。就如掌握核弹技术，普通人打出的力量比为常规炸弹，而掌握劲力发放者则如有核弹。当然由于人体素质不同，劲力有大小之分，这也可比为核当量的多少不同。如果以现代科学对武术发劲机理进行研究，对于人类身体自我认识，军事单兵素质，竟技体育等将会有新的发现与贡献。

传统拳术由于是性命相搏，胜负眨眼可分。故而前辈讲究要积阴德讲武德，不能轻易出手，不然减损寿命，尤其是掌握发劲的习武者更应如此。现代医学研究从事拳术搏击类运动者的心脑损伤比普通人要高，所以杨氏太极拳才由

一、二代刚劲无敌，演化为柔缓养生。王芗斋先生说：

发力横隔膜不许丝毫紧张，自然本能，只要呼吸一失常，或横隔膜一发紧便是错误，愿学者宜慎行，万勿忽视。我说：

即如乡村小儿打闹，双手推人，抬手便推，同伴应手而跌，无需准备更无紧张。故行意拳有岂知悟得婴儿玩，打遍天下是老形。

人类由于进化已经渐渐放弃了原始本能发力，转而在婴幼儿时便开始学习各项知识与生活能力，而武术家则力图恢复此项能力以用于技击。恰如笑本心生，只是人为强化训练，遂将微笑变成职业装饰。力本体生，只是人为区分，发放劲力亦是如是。

习武心得

我自幼爱好武术,在电视上看到那些人飞檐走壁，用内功把人打飞！常常幻想自己什么时候能像他们那样成为一代武林高手劫富济贫。经常把自己的零花钱拿去买武术“秘籍”一个人研究！

1991年时，当我遇到吴秀建师傅时。我才真正的明白武术是什么？中国武术是一种中国特色的文化，是在长期的生产劳动、与大自然的搏斗和冷兵器时代的战争中逐步形成与发展起来的体育项目。它历史悠久，内容丰富，形式多样！武术主要包括套路和散手两种运动形式：

武术套路，由风格各异的技术动作组成，具有攻防内涵、蕴含哲理，有很高的观赏价值，给人以美的享受。武术套路形式有拳术、器械、对练和集体项目。拳术主要包括长拳、南拳、太极拳、形意拳、八卦掌、通背拳、地躺拳等。器械有刀、剑、棍、枪、双刀、双剑、九节鞭、三节棍等。对练项目分为徒手对练、器械对练以及徒手对器械的三种类型。集体项目是多人进行拳术、器械演练的形式。这些不同的套路形式，不仅体现了武术的攻防格斗内涵，同时又具有优雅美观、节奏鲜明的风格特点。武术散手是徒手格斗运动的一种形式。武术又分为竞技武术、传统武术。让我明白了武术不再是小时候那样！
