摘要：马克思曾经说过：“搬运夫和哲学家之间的原始差别要比家犬和猎犬之间的差别小得多。” 但这一点微小的差异体现在学生的认知水平、学习态度、学习方法等方面，有时却能够对我们的信息技术教学成功与否产生决定性的影响。因此，教师在实际教学中必须正视学生之间的差异，设定基于梯度的信息技术教学目标以及恰当的教学策略，以期在信息技术教学中呈现出一派“百花齐放春满园”的蓬勃景象。

Abstract： Marx once said： "The difference between the porters and philosophers is much smaller than difference between dogs and hounds. "But this tiny difference is reflected in the students' cognitive level， learning attitude， learning methods， etc. Sometimes it can be a decisive impact on our information technology teaching. Therefore， the teacher in the actual teaching must face up to the difference among students， set up the teaching goal based on the gradient and appropriate teaching strategies，In order to show a scene of vigorous development in the fields of information technology teaching.

1 概述

在多年的信息技术教学实践中，我们不得不承认学生与学生之间是有差异的，这些差异有的是先天的，有的是后天养成的。马克思虽然曾经说过：“搬运夫和哲学家之间的原始差别要比家犬和猎犬之间的差别小得多”，但那是从生物学意义上的比较，实际上搬运夫和哲学家的差别是很大的，我们对搬运夫的教育和对哲学家的教学目标要求是不同的。因此，我们在平时的信息技术教学中，要时刻关注教育的对象——学生之间的差异，制订出有梯度的教学目标，
