造纸法再造烟叶萃取液与浓缩液固形物含量的测定

造纸法再造烟叶萃取液与浓缩液固形物含量的测定

摘要:为测定再造烟叶萃取液和浓缩液中固形物含量(质量分数),通过考察优化萃取溶剂、萃取时间、前处理方式等因素,建立了基于气相色谱法(GC)间接测定再造烟叶萃取液与浓缩液中总固形物、可溶性固形物及不溶性固形物含量(质量分数)的定量分析方法。采用该方法测定了10种再造烟叶萃取液及10种再造烟叶浓缩液样品,并与烘箱法检测结果进行了对比。结果表明:①样品中总固形物含量回收率为91.17%~97.07%,日内和日间相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.47%~1.33%和1.52%~1.66%(n=6);可溶性固形物含量回收率为90.58%~97.93%,日内和日间RSD分别为0.89%~1.67%和1.25%~2.14%(n=6)。②GC法与烘箱法测定的总固形物和可溶性固形物含量相对标准偏差分别为5.19%~10.61%和5.63%~

10.43%。该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于不同固形物含量的样品中总固形物含量、可溶性固形物含量和

不溶性固形物含量的测定分析。

Quantifying solid contents in liquid extracts and concentrated solutions in

paper-making reconstituted tobacco

Abstract:In order to quantify the solid contents in liquid extracts and concentrated solutions in paper-making reconstituted tobacco,experiments were conducted to investigate and optimize extraction solvent,extraction time and pretreatment method.The results were analyzed by gas chromatography to determine the contents of total solids,soluble solids and insoluble solids.The samples of ten liquid extracts and ten concentrated solutions of paper-making reconstituted tobacco were analyzed by the established method,and the results were compared with those obtained by an oven method.The results showed that:1)The standard recoveries of total solids ranged from91.17%to97.07%,the intra-and inter-day relative standard deviations were0.47%-1.33% and1.52%-1.66%(n=6),respectively.The standard recoveries of soluble solids ranged from90.58%to97.93%, the intra-and inter-day relative standard deviations were0.89%-1.67%and1.25%-2.14%(n=6),respectively.

2)The relative standard deviations between the contents of total solids and soluble solids determined by the GC
