2) Some information is suggested to be added, such as introduction to the lecturer, content of the lecture and so on.

3) You should write no less than 200 words.

You have learned from a magazine called Global Trade that Yonghua Company in China is engaged in manufacture of leather goods. Your company wants to establish business relations with it. Write a letter to AC Company, asking them to send you catalogs and make quotations.

Requirements:

1) Your letter should contain company name, date, subject, opening, body, closing, signature, etc. in right format.

2) The letter should be no less than 200 words.

4) The secretary suggested that the Engineers’ Achievements Exhibit be postponed from July 3–10 to October 3–10.

Requirements:

1) Your minute should cover opening, body as well as check and sign, such as meeting date, venue, chairperson, attendees and note taker, etc.

2) Key outcomes from the meeting should be listed, such as decisions made, actions agreed and open issues.

3) You should base your minute on the outline and write at least 200 words.
