摘要大学生就业难已经成为社会关注的焦点，辅导员在做好大学生就业指导工作上具有天然的角色优势，但也存在着就业指导专业知识欠缺、就业指导工作缺乏针对性、就业指导工作评价指标单一等问题，需要高校重视辅导员就业指导工作的专业性培训，做好辅导员学业生涯规划和职业生涯辅导的系统培训，创新就业指导工作的方式、完善就业指标评价体系等方面入手，全面提升高校辅导员的就业指导能力。

Abstract Employment difficulties of college students have become the focus of attention of the society. Counselors have natural role advantages in the work of employment guidance for college students， but there are also problems such as lack of professional knowledge of employment guidance， lack of pertinence in employment guidance， single evaluation index of employment guidance. Colleges and universities need to attach importance to professional training of employment guidance for college counselors and do a good job in counselors' study. Career planning and career counseling system training， innovative ways of employment guidance， improve the employment index evaluation system， and so on， to comprehensively enhance the employment guidance ability of college counselors.

随着高校毕业生人数屡创新高，大学生就业难的问题逐渐成为社会的焦点。高校辅导员是对大学生进行思想政治教育工作的一线人员，在指导大学生就业上具有天然的角色优势，是高校就业指导工作的骨干力量。2017年9月，国家教育部在《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》中明确提出“开展就业指导和服务工作，帮助学生树立正确的就业观念”是高校辅导员的八项工作职责之一。因此，探讨当前高校辅导员就业指导工作的现状，研究高校辅导员就业指导能力提升和发展路径，对于提高大学生就业质量具有十分重要的作用。

1 高校辅导员就业指导角色的优势

高校的就业指導工作队伍一般由就业指导部门工作人员、学生处工作人员、院系负责人和辅导员组成。其中辅导员是与学生接触最多的工作人员，也是最了解学生个性特色、思想状况以及就业创业想法的人。高校的辅导员多为青年教师，他们与学生朝夕相处，在做好高校大学
