英语应用能力AB级考试报名工作的通知

各系：

2013年第1次高等学校英语应用能力（A、B级）考试现已开始报名，请通知组织符合报考条件的同学按要求及时完成相关报名工作。

一、报考条件及考试时间

1. 我校在校11、12级学生均可报名，A级与B级不可同时报考

2．英语应用能力（A、B级）考试的日期为2013年6月16日

二、报名时间及报考费

报名时间：2013年3月8日（12时整）至3月15日（20时整），过期一律不予办理。

报名费: 英语A、B级：16元/人/次。

三、报名注意事项及报名方法

1、认真核对学校教务处系统中自己的学籍基本信息（包括：姓名、性别、出生年月日、学号、身份证号、照片）是否正确、齐全方可报名。

2、学籍库无照片或照片不符合要求的考生，必须按照照片规格要求（浅蓝色背景，图象大小最小为192*144（高*宽），最大为250*400（宽*高），图象以学号命名并存储为JPG格式。）补交相片，照片上交至各系教务秘书，再汇总教务处通过系统上传到学籍库。学籍库无相片或相片不符合要求者不得参加报名考试，教务处有权删除其报名数据。

3、考生修改个人信息及相片上传，必须立即报告各系教学秘书，并由教学秘书汇总交由教务处操作上传到学籍库。

四、报名方法：一律采用我校教务管理信息系统实行网上报名，请各系考生本人自行在网上进行考试报名（网络系统24小时开通）。具体操作方法如下：

在浏览器IE地址栏键入地址： https://www.wendangku.net/doc/f65785418.html,:88 ，进入广东青年职业学院教学管理系统登陆界面→输入学生个人帐户信息（用户名、用户口令）→选择“学生”，点击“登陆”按钮→点击“活动报名”菜单→点击“网上报名”→进入后在相应的报名项方框中打上“√”，填写正确的身份证号码（注意凡是身份证号尾号“X”的要输入大写字母）后，点击“确定”，在“学生当前报名情况”栏下出现相应的信息后即表明报名成功。网上报名截止时间为3月15日20时。

注意：此学期为2012-2013学年第2学期

五、交费、确认时间及地点

网上报名成功的同学，凭考生确认单进行交费确认。

报名费请以各系为单位与3月22日前统一上交财务处。
