Some people think the developing countries should pay for environment pollution, but others think the developed countries should be responsible for it.

Some people think that developing counties should pay for it.Developing countries have to developing their economic first. So they make many serious environmental problems. it is a high likelihood that more developed nations are actually doing less damage to the environment than less developed nations. The reason for this is the increasing level of technology to fight the effects of things, such as pollution and greenhouse gases, which developing nations are not doing, because they don't have the ability to. Some people think that the developed countries should be responsible for it.

They think the developed counties start the industrial revolution they already made

the pollution. Why they now just accused developing countries to take responsibility. Countries that are developed have produced more pollution, overall, than a country that is underdeveloped. Therefore, they are responsible for the most change in climate and should be held accountable. But for me I think both developing counties and developed counties have the duty to solve the pollution problems. The developing counties should change their development concepts. Economics developing and environment protect should put the equally important line. All nations should be held to an equal level of responsibility for dealing with anything relating to the environment pollution.

The developing counties and the developed all have the responsibility to protect the environment. Because, we have one home-the earth and we can not live without the earth. The rehabilitation of the environment needs the cooperation of all nations.
