中药渣生物有机肥对水稻产量和效益的影响

摘要以中药渣生物有机肥为试材,研究其与化肥配合使用对水稻生长发育、产量和效益

的影响。结果表明,在化肥减量20%的情况下,配施不同用量的中药渣生物有机肥,对水稻生育期没有影响,株高增加,叶色变绿,有效分蘖数增加;穗数、穗粒数、千粒重均有不同程度增加,秕籽率明显降低;水稻净产值21 833.01~24 110.01元/hm2,明显高于不施肥对照(15 069.99元/hm2)和化肥处理(19 095.99元/hm2)。

Effect of Chinese Madicine Residue Biological Organic Fertilizer on Rice Yield and Benefit

Abstract Using Chinese madicine residue biological organic fertilizer as test material,the effects of this fertilizer and chemical fertilizer cooperetively on rice growth and development,yield and benefit were studied.The results showed that there is no effect on the rice growth period in the cases of chemical fertilizer 20% redution combining application of Chinese madicine residue biological organic fertilizer of different amounts,and plant height increased,leaves turned greener,effective tiller number increased;spike number,kernels per spike,TKW increased in varing degrees,blighted rice rate decreased;net output value of rice were 21 833.01~24 110.01 yuan/hm2,apparently higher than no fertilization control(15 069.99 yuan/hm2)and chemical fertilization treatment(19 095.99 yuan/hm2).

中药渣是中成药提取后的废弃物,据不完全统计,仅通化地区每年可产生中药渣逾20万t[1]。中药渣随意堆放会对环境造成污染,尤其是雨季,中药渣被雨水冲淋,对地下水、地表水的污染尤为严重[2]。近年来,吉林万通集团盛泰生物工程股份有限公司利用通化地区丰富

的中药渣资源,利用日本酵素菌(BYM)高温固态发酵,并添加乙酸钙不动杆菌(Acinetobacter calcoaceticus)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)等生产出中药渣生物有机肥,获得了发明专利(专利申请号:CN104961579A;专利公告号:CN20151038 3735.1),通过了科技部科技成果第三方评价,取得了有机认证和欧盟认证。在吉林省通化市成功培育出了
