2012年职称英语考试大纲要点解读

全国职称英语等级考试是由国家人事部组织实施的一项外语考试，2012年职称英语大纲要点解读根据英语在不同专业领域活动中的应用特点，结合专业技术人员掌握和应用英语的实际情况，对申报不同级别职称的专业技术人员的英语水平提出了不同的要求。该考试根据专业技术人员使用英语的实际情况，把考试的重点放在了阅读理解上。

专业类别

全国专业技术人员职称英语等级考试分为三个专业类别：综合类，理工类和卫生类。每个专业类别的考试各分为A.B.C 三个等级，其中A级考试的语言难度最高，C级考试语言难度最低，B级考试的语言难度介于A 级和C级之间。综合类的考试中不涉及专业性的文章及专业词汇，考题中所出现的文章大多通俗易懂，主题涉及社会，文化，教育等方面。三个等级考试的总分各为100分，考试时间均为2个小时，参加考试的考生允许带一本普通的英语字典进入考场。

普通英语词典指针对日常英语学习和使用而编写的词典，如：《英汉大词典》，《牛津英汉双解阋典》等。专门针对职称英语号试编写的各类英语词典(尤其是封面上带有职称英语字样的词典).及各种电子词典均不允许在考场中使用建议综合类的考生可以在考场中使用提供了单词较全面的词义注释及其常见搭配结构.并涉及到了单词常见近义词的《牛津英汉双解词典》。建议参加C级和B级考试的考生可以使用《牛津英汉双解词典(中级)》，参加A 级考试的考生使用《牛津英汉双解词典(高级)》。

评价目标

申报A级的人员在两小时内应完成3000词左右的阅读任务(A级考题中每篇文章长度为350-450词左右)，并能正确理解所读材料的内容;申报8级的人员在两小时内应完成2600词左右的阅读任务(B级考题中每篇文章长度为300—450词左右)，并能正确理解所读材料的内容;申报C级的人员在两小时内容应完成2200词左右的阅读任务(C级考题中每篇文章长度为250—400词左右)，并能正确理解所读材料的内容。

为了达到以上评价目标，考试对应试者的英语词汇量.英语语法知识和阅读能力都作出了相应要求：

词汇量要求

A级的人员能识别6000个左右的单词和一定数量的短语;

B级的人员能识别5(100个左有的单词和一一定数馈的短语;

C级的人员能识别4000个左有的单涧和一定数量的短语;

在实际考试中出现的词汇：绝大部分为常见的单词和短语结构(2000个左右)，而且有一部分基本词汇在同一套考题中多次出现.因此在复习中可以主要掌握2000个左右的核心单词和短语结构。实际考试中出现的超纲词一般都会给出中文注释。

语法知识

职称英语考试中不直接考察语法(考题中没有与语法相关的多项选择题或语法改错题).而是把对基本语法的考察融入到各种考题中.进行间接考察。以综合C级/B级阅读判断考题(petitions)为例：

提示：复习中需要了解英语5种基本句子结构，了解英语句子结构的四种类型：简单句，并列句，复合句，并列复合句的构成及其常见的表现形式。

动词的各种时，体，态及其意义;

提示：复习中主要了解和熟悉职称英语中五个最常用的时态(一般现在时，现在进行时，一般过去时，一般将来时和现在完成时)的构成形式及其所具有的结构意义。掌握英语动词进行体和完成体的构成形式及其分别具有的结构意义。掌握英语主被动语态的构成形式及其所具有的结构意义。

各种从句的构成和意义;

提示：复习中主要了解和掌握名词性从句(尤其是主语从句，宾语从句，表语从句)，状语从句(尤其是时间状语从句，原因状语从句，条件状语从句，让步状语从句)和定语从句(尤其是由that，which，when，who等连接词引导的定语从句)的构成形式，在英语语句中的位置特点及从句所具有的语法意义。

句子中词语的所指，省略，替代，重复以及句子之间意义的关系等;

提示：了解和掌握英语中代词，“定冠词+名词”结构的指代特点，了解英语常见省略结构的构成特点及其与上下文之间的关系。

阅读理解能力要求

职称英语等级考试的测试重点在于考察考生的阅读理解能力。综合类考题要求考生能综合运用英语语言知识和阅读技能来理解一般内容的英语书面材料。考试所要求的阅读能力主要包括以下几个方面：
