Tom and Mary were brother and sister. They lived in the same village. Tom had many children to feed and Mary also had abig family to raise. They worked very hard every day on their farms. At night, Tom could not sleep, worrying that Mary might not have enough food to survive the long winter. He got up and went to his farm house, where he filled the bag with rice.
