出模：啤件在顶出机构的作用下离开模具的过程
啤把：出模角度或者出模斜度
倒扣：因为侧面角度或凹位而无法垂直出模的位置
排模：模具的排期
正哥：型腔在上模，型芯在下模的一种模具结构
反哥：型心在上模，型腔在下模的一种模具结构
分型：把产品分为上下模的过程
种针：基准针，配针时以此针为基准
放样：胶样的比例放大
复样：胶样的复制
调面：在雕刻时，调整胶样表面与要加工表面平行的过程
摆斜雕刻：在雕刻时，因有些面不易加工，把胶样摆成一定角度的加工方法
顶针出柱：用顶针的顶面来封住成型柱的底面，而使柱成型
顶针包针：顶针过长或配针不当，而使顶针包在产品内
锅柱：柱的前端有一锥型孔，上大下小，起到铆钉的作用。多用于压铸模
镶针出柱：用镶针的顶面来封住成型柱的底面，而使柱成型
镶针出孔：用镶针成型孔
原身出：用内模加工出要成型的形状来成型的方法
入水水塘：啤件为透明件或要求变形较小的薄壁件入水时，采用在浇口与流道间所加的一段起到缓冲作用的位置方法，这个缓冲位置就是入水水塘
磨角尺：用磨床磨直角
锣正：用铣床铣平面或直角
Fit平面：用打磨机把平面精加工到要求的配合公差范围
Fit枕位：用打磨机把枕位精加工到要求的配合公差范围
Fit行位：用打磨机把行位精加工到要求的配合公差范围
Fit插穿：用打磨机把插穿位精加工到要求的配合公差范围
面镶：镶件从内模的上表面镶入一定的深度，不可到底面，下面用螺丝固定
通镶：镶件从内模的下面镶入，直达上表面，通过整个内模
兜底镶：镶件从内模的下面镶入，直达上表面，通过整个内模，在镶件下面以台阶形式固定侧镶：镶件从侧面镶入，一般多用在行位上
奔子孔：胶样上的一个基准孔，所有的位置都要从这个孔取数
镗蚀：铜公水平运动加工
照数：用中心镜对要加工部位进行坐标值确定
打盲孔：用电火花加工盲孔
损公：损耗的铜公
积碳：EDM加工时产生的碳堆积在零件或铜公上，使被加工的零件的平面凹凸不平
粗公：粗加工时使用的铜公，火花间隙一般为单边0.25
幼公：精加工时使用的铜公，火花间隙一般为单边0.07
暴公：比粗公火花间隙还要大的铜公，用与粗加工
立体公：一个整体铜公，形状与整个上模或这个下模相同
清角铜公：对有些直角部位，因CNC不能完全加工而留有余量。用来加工这些直角部位的铜公，叫清角铜公
避空：就是间隙
穿丝孔：线切割时如要割去或保留一块料的中间某位置就要在相反的位置钻一个通孔，让钼丝通过
钼丝：线切割用的铜丝
刀路：CNC编程产生的铣刀的加工轨迹
过切：因为加工方法或道路而产生的过量切削的现象
弹刀：用CNC加工薄壁件时产生的颤动的现象

打斜边：加工斜导柱的配合孔

合模：上下模合在一起
Fit针：用打磨机对镶针或顶针进行磨削加工，使之达到合适的配合公差
配针：装配顶针的过程
试运水：堵住出水口，在入水口加水并加压，看是否有漏水的情况
配压座：对压座进行加工，使之与行位配合
配行位：对行位进行加工，使之与压条配合的过程
锁模片：装在外面，把上下模固定在一起的铁片
扣机：有尼龙扣机与机械扣机之分，主要用在三板模，起到控制开模顺序的作用回针件：预复位机构，用于保护顶针，在顶针与行位或上模有干涉时使用
外置弹弓：暴露在外面可已看得到的弹弓
波子弹弓：内置弹弓
片弹弓：碟型弹弓
转水口：可以控制控制入水方向的一种入水装置
导边：导柱
斜导边：斜导柱
导套：与导柱配合的套
导柱排气：避免导套内产生真空，在导套的顶面开的一个排气槽基准角：模具上两条基准边的夹角
撬模槽：在模框的四个角开的槽
顶棍：在啤机上顶出装置
炮筒：啤机的料筒
炮头：啤机的注射头
码仔：压板和T型块
顶白：啤件外表面被顶针顶出白色痕迹
顶翻：由于顶针不平衡，顶出时啤件的顶出高度不同
顶高：因扣下模而使顶针把啤件局部顶变形
困气：因排气不好致使模内产生真空而无法进料
夹水：溶接痕
流纹：由于温度或压力不够在产品表面可以看到的溶料流动的痕迹
气泡：由于排气不良，而在啤件上产生凹坑
变形：由于内应力导致啤件的形状与尺寸发生变化
蛇纹：与流纹类似
涨模：扣模
飞料：有料飞出模具
披锋：在分型面上有少量的料溢出
吊针：由于壁厚不均匀而产生缩水时，在不均匀的位置加一跟针，使壁厚变的均匀吊孔：由于吊针形成的孔
拖花：因为出模角度不够而出模时内模把啤件刮伤
走料不齐：走料不均匀，啤件没有均匀充满
圆口：抛光时因方法不当而使利角产生了倒圆角的现象
夹口：因上下模错位而产生
省大肚：抛光时加工过量而使内模表面产生凹坑
过油石：用油石加工
打石膏钻：抛光时用的一种膏，涂在要加工零件的表面

装版：对啤件进行装配
交办：把试啤好的啤件交给客户检验

拆铜公：使用三维绘图软件对内模或行位上需要用EDM加工的位置进行CUT操作，得到一个与内模相反的三维零件
