观《俞敏洪演讲谈大学生就业及创业》有感于不久前，在老师指导下，观看了《俞敏洪演讲谈大学生就业及创业》，心有所感。遂回

寝室找来细细看了一遍。

俞敏洪老师的话深深感动了我，也许这就是真谛吧！轻轻聆听，有如醍醐灌顶、毛遂顿

开，遂作此文，以表吾对俞老师的敬仰之情。尤其俞敏洪老师在讲到一个故事：有一年他去加拿大正好赶上三文鱼回流的季节。三文鱼每四年都要回流一次，为什么要回流呢，因为他要回来产卵，繁衍后代。三文鱼产卵以后，老三文鱼就把卵藏在石子底下，

当这些卵成为鱼卵的时候，会被很多小鱼吃掉一部分，当他们长成小鱼的时候，又会被其他

的鱼吃掉一部分。

三文鱼在湖泊中要生长一年，这一年中，被天上的鹰水中的鱼和人的打捞吃掉一部分，

三文鱼中每四条就只能剩下一条，也就是四分之三已经没有了。一年以后，他们由于内心的

召唤，他们开始游向大海，开始环太平洋游一圈，这一圈刚好需要三年的时间，在这三年的

过程中，他们会经历的更加艰难，因为大海的凶猛，生存环境的残酷，他们会被天上的鸟，

水中的鱼还有人的打捞吃掉一大部分，当他们回到河口的时候，就剩下十分之一还不到。最

壮观的时候是他们由河口到产卵地的时候，因为河水很急，这个时候他们就不能再吃东西了，

只能二十四小时不停的游，因为一旦他们停下来，就会被河水带回去。当他们游到目的地的

时候，他们已经全身发红，因为他们的体力已经消耗尽了，这个时候母三文鱼就开始产卵，

公三文鱼就开始受精，当他们产完卵受完精，母三文鱼和公三文鱼就相拥着双双死去了。他们这样的生命历程给我们带来了震撼，正是因为这四年的环游，正是因为他们的使命

感，才使他们最后到达了自己的目的地。他们觉得自己最后的生命应该献给后代。其实我们

大多数人还不如一条鱼，因为有的人一生只在一个地方，没有任何进步，任何创新，任何生

命的动感和令人感动的生活状态。其实我们有些同学，如果你还没有找到工作，那么你应该感觉幸运，应为在这个过程中，

你能感受到生活带给你的酸甜苦辣，当你找到工作的时候，你会非常珍惜这个工作机会，努

力上进。如果我们每个学生都抱着这样的心态，那么你现在找到工作找不到工作又有什么关

系呢？

所以，每个人一生下来就有自己的责任。而读大学的主要责任就是学习，学习有很多方面：

1.他说：人要有自己的专业技能，没自己专业的大学生一般找工作会像没头的苍蝇，没

有个目标，俞老师在25岁的时候就决定了他这辈子是

做老师的，所以成就了新东方。

2.学习一些西方哲学史、美学史。要每天多努力一些，比别人多努力一小时。

3.要有目标。最终，大家要明白一点，如果你为了一个事业目标已经竭尽全力，最后

即使没有结果，生命本身的丰富也是最好的结果。如果你努力了，但最后失败了，那不是你

的错；如果你没有努力，最后失败了，那才是你的错。

4.要有坚持不懈的忍耐心。每件伟大的事都是从一件件平凡而枯燥的事做起的。需要有

坚忍之心才能做出伟大的事情。生活中难免有很多不公平的事情，就需要我们去忍耐。所以，

要学会忍耐。俞老师提到了人的生活方式有两种：第一种方式是像草一样活着，你尽管活着，每年还在成长，但是你毕竟是一棵草，你吸

收雨露阳光，但是长不大，人们可以踩过你，但是人们不会因为你的痛苦，而产生痛苦，人

们不会因为你被踩了，而来怜悯你，因为人们本身就没有看到你。所以我们每一个人，都应该像树一样的成长，即使我们现在什么都不是，但是只要你有

树的种子，即使你被踩到泥土中间，你依然能够吸收泥土的养分，自己成长起来。当你长成

参天大树以后，遥远的地方中，人们就能看到你，走近你，你能给人一片绿色，给人一片阴

凉。

中国大学生毕业每年都在呈20%到30%递增，今年数据大学毕业生413万，就业机会比去

年少了22%，大学生毕业人数增加22%，今年会有80万左右的学生毕业的时候有可能找不到工作，对于一个大学生是很痛苦的事情，因为在大学的时候花

With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English. I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us. I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well. If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable.
