教材分析本单元教学以发出邀请、接受邀请、拒绝邀请为话题,主要应掌握句型:Can you…?Sure,I’d love to./I’m sorry,Ican’t.I have to…学习情态动词can, can’t的用法。

我所任教的学校学生英语起点低,绝大部分学生在小学阶段就没有学习过英语,基础非常薄弱,小学升学考试中英语成绩就是十几分、甚至几分的成绩进入中学。他们在学习的过程中出现听课吃力,单词记不住,不会使用学过的知识,对英语产生畏惧心理,课堂常常不能积极发言。

教学目标:

1.知识目标:掌握本课的大纲词汇和情态动词can及can’t的用法。

2.水平目标:

1)能听懂与聚会相关的项目话题的简单会话。

2)能用can或can‘t表述能不能参加聚会的项目会话。3.文化意识:了解国内外常见的聚会形式,以及聚会时应注意的礼貌问题。

4.学习策略:培养学生在大信息量(关于聚会表达)的语言活动中搜索处理语言信息,发现,归纳学习重点,从而掌握本单元重点学习内容。

教学重难点:

1.词汇lesson another concert can can’t have to come to go to the movies I’d love to

2.句型He can / can’t

3.用情态动词can和can’t表示能不能参加聚会的句子

教学手段:多媒体。

教学步骤:

1.创设情景,导入新课。将相关表示聚会的图片实行曲连接起来,向学生们展播,从而引出can ,can’t的用法。

2.要求学生以brainstorm的方式说出单词:lesson another concert

3.把1a中的图片和单词卡片给学生(4人一组)把词与图联系起来。(这是学生们做练习的情景)

5. 检查单词

1)个人或集体朗读单词。

环节2:师生互动,学习探究

1.看图片,回答问题

--What’s the picture about?

--Birthday party.

--How many children are there in it ?

2.听录音完成1b的练习(巩固所学单词)

3听录音完成2a的练习。

4.让学生朗读2b和2c中的句子。学生通过观察,讨论,总结,归纳can的用法。

环节3:合作交流,巩固提升

1.看图说话(I can / can’t…He can / can’t…They…

We…)

2.做链接游戏 2人一组。

(1) 第一个同学说I can swim.

第二个同学说I can’t swim, but I can play soccer. (2) 第一个同学说:I can’t play the piano, but I can play the guitar.

第二个同学说:I can’t play the baseball game ,but I can do my homework.

反思:变换语境能够进一步启发学生的思维,对语言使用的

水平要求又有所提升,有利于开发学生的创新水平和求异思维水平,这样的活动增加了英语课堂教学的趣味性,使学生学习的环境轻松愉快。

3.采访同学看谁能做:要求用句型 Can you …提问,用 I can…回答

4. 让学生用What can you do? 及本节课所学的句型编一个对话,内容是学生会文艺部招聘人员。(两人一组)

该部分学习内容贴近学生的生活,谈论的主题是结交新朋友,进一步促动学生之间的相互了解,使学生在轻松、愉快的学习氛围中熟识新伙伴,增进友谊。

2学情分析:本单元的主题是熟识新伙伴,同时引导学生采用Practicing, Listening for specific information和Role playing的学习策略,学习一些新词汇,掌握一些重点句型,在小组合作学习的过程中,进一步促动学生之间的相互了解。

一、第一教学环节:情境导入(6分钟)

本课要求采用Practicing, Listening for specific information,利用教学图片来展开课堂Pair work,group work使学生学会打招呼和介绍自已、询问他人姓名的基本句型:What’s your/his/her name? My/His/Her name is …通过学习区分“”了解相关姓名的文化知识,进一步促动学生之间的相互了解。

个性练习设计

分组实行比赛,小组成员互相问姓名,包括英文名、汉语名,看哪个小组问得快、答得快而准。

教学探讨与反思

七年级听力目标:

1. 能识别不同句式的语调,如:陈述句、疑问句和指令等;

2. 能根据语调变化,判定句子意义的变化;

3. 能辩认出歌谣中的韵律;

4. 能识别语段中句子间联系;

5. 能听懂学习活动中连续的指令和问题,并做出适当的反应;

6. 能听懂相关熟悉话题的语段;

7. 能借助提示听懂教师讲述的故事。

不同的目标应设计不同的听力题型,同时应考虑答题的方式要简单,如:勾、叉圈、写答题号、排序等。本单元Section A lb是排序,2a是勾;Section B 2a 3a是圈,3b是排序。由简单到复杂,让学生慢慢体会成功的快乐。

设计意图:以学生耳熟能详的英语问候语“ Good afternoon.”“ How are you?”以及天气等引入课堂,吸引学生的注意力.

The students learn the new words and expressions all by themselves, and help each other, the teacher checks and helps. Now call a student to read them , the others listen and check..

设计意图:单词的教学,由学生自已拼读——互相检查协助——教师检查辅导等方式方法改变原来单一的教师教学生跟着读,容易激发学生的积极性,且掌握得更好。真正地体现学生的自学互帮与老师的导学。

设计意图:学生英语表达的细胞在此完全得到释放,而且教师引导学生互编对话,培养了学生在真实场景中使用英语的水平.整个过程,学生都处在教师创设的情境中,围绕“Would you like…? Let’s…”师生互动,生生互动,学生操练了英语基本用语,给学生提供了开口说英语、用英语表演提供了机会。
