Unit 3 What can you see?

Period 1

一、教学目标:

1、用“What can you see?”“I can see…”对几种基本体育动作进行描述,表达某种能力。

2、语言结构:What can you see? I can see…

3、掌握词汇:the sky, the sea, the moon, the sun, a star, a lake, a boat, cloud , mountain.

4、字母组合sh在单词中的发音。

二、教学重、难点:

三、教学准备

单词卡片、单词图片、教学磁带、录音机等。

四、教学过程

Step 1 Warming up

师生问候。

Step 2 Presentation and drill

1、出示课文A部分教学挂图。

从课堂中常用到“What can you see?”一句入手,引导学生们轻松地掌握句型,并帮助他们完整地回答:“I can see…”。

2、出示单词卡片the sky,板书单词,并解释其含义。带读。

T: Why do we say“the sky”,but not “a sky”?

启发学生思考此处the与a表示的涵义有何不同。说明当某事物是独一无二地存在时,一般使用定冠词the。

T: What can you see in the sky?

Ss: We can see birds in the sky.

板书单词the sea,解释其含义,说明与lake的区别,并带读。让学生们练读

3、听录音,跟读。

4、分组练习。分角色表演。

Step 3 Practice

游戏——Dragon game(接龙游戏)

T: What can you see in the classroom?

S1: I can see a blackboard. What can you see in the bedroom?

S2: I can see a bed. What can you see in the see?

S3: I can see a ship…

教师准备一个透明的大盒子,装入许多小物品,回答出教师所提出问题的学生可选择一件物品作为奖励。

T: What can you see in the magic box?

S1: I can see a book in it.

T: You’re right! So the book is yours.

Step 2 Presentation and drill

What’s that?

帮助学生回答:“It’s the sun.”。出示单词卡片,板书单词,带读。

1、用类似的方法教单词the moon, the star.

2、听课文B部分录音,跟读。集体、分组、单个进行练读。

3、课文C部分。听录音,跟读。分角色表演。

4、课文D部分。带着问题阅读小故事,理解故事大意。听录音,跟读。分角色表演。Step 3 Practice

游戏——Quick response(快速反应)

教师闪现单词卡片,学生快速说出卡片上的单词。
