【摘要】目的:探讨脑梗死患者血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)与梗死体积、梗死部位、神经功能缺损评分的关系。方法选取发病24h以内的脑梗死患者145例作为病例组,健康体检者50例作为对照组,分别检测两组空腹血清NSE浓度及完成病例组入院时的颅脑MRI、中国卒中量表评分(CSS)等资料。结果大梗死灶组血清NSE浓度高于中、小梗死灶组血清NSE浓度(P<0.01);病灶部位不同各组比较血清NSE浓度无统计学意义;神经功能缺损评分高的脑梗死患者血清NSE浓度高于评分低的脑梗死患者血清NSE浓度(P<0.01)。NSE浓度与神经功能缺损评分、梗死体积的Pearson秩相关分析呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论NSE水平与梗死体积及神经功能评分有关,可作为判断急性脑梗死患者病情严重程度、临床转归及预后的重要生化指标。%Objective To explore the relationship between the serum neuron-specific enolase (neuron-specific enolase,NSE)level with stroke volume、area of cerebral infarction,neurological deficit score.
