基于RFID技术的飞机维修工具管理系 统 1.项目背景 高昂的维修费用占航空公司的支出费用最高可达到百分之二十，这是一个十分沉重的负担，在航空器的使用过程中，维修成本可达整个购买费用的三分之二。目前，331家国外/地区的维修单位，包括35家运输航空公司的维修单位在的389家国内维修单位得到了中国民用航空器的批准。我国民用航空业的增速较快，实现了跨越式的发展，目前我国民用航空器超过了1300余架，在整体维修保养方面的费用可达上百亿人民币。航空公司的安全准点运营离不开飞机的维修保养，良好的维修保养可以大大降低航空公司的运营成本。优秀的飞机维修团队是一个航空公司成功的重要因素。 当前世界各国航空市场增长迅速，包括A380、B787等新机型陆续投入使用，维修工具不管是数量还是种类都不断增加，它们的使用、保养，还有各种借还记录等工作十分繁琐复杂，时常出现各种差错，工具的借出和归还需要花大量的时间清点检查。目前各大民航企业在工具管理上都不同程度存在重视前期配备、轻视后期管理的现象，只有部分工具使用频繁，甚至有少量工具存在从未使用过的情况。针对这些现场，就需要有一个完善的工具管理方法来进行科学化的管理，也就是工具管理要有计划性、要能自动化。另外，随着民航企业对空防安全要求的日益提高，对借出的在飞机上使用的工具进行实时监控管理也将成为一种需要。
2.现状分析 航空维修是一项精细作业，工具的质量、精度、完整性等都影响飞机维修的质量，以至于影响飞行安全。工具的科学管理可以保证工具有效可用，并保证工具完好，不会缺失，所以要进行工具科学管理的研究。在飞机维修过程中使用的各种工具，同资料、设备一样，是飞机维护人员的左膀右臂。在日常的维护工作中，经常使用成百上千件工具，它们的种类繁多、规格复杂、数量很大。因此工具的科学管理，对单位的安全生产、提高劳动效率、改善维护质量、减小劳动强度、加速流动资金周转，都有着十分重要的意义。 目前，维修单位工具管理的主要任务是将合适的工具供应给各维护队伍;做好工具的分类编号;建立健全工具的清点制度;对需要修复、更换的工具，及时进行修复更换。但是由于缺乏足够的信息化手段，还停留在人工管理的初级阶段，各维修单位历来丢失的工具不在少数。 3.技术简介 RFID无线射频识别技术是利用雷达反射原理，通过天线向电子标签发出微波查询信号，电子标签被读写器微波能量激活，接受到微波信号后应答并发出带有标签数据信息的回波信号。射频识别技术的基本特点是采用无线电技术实现对静止的或移动的物体进行识别，达到确定待识别物体的身份、提取待识别物体的特征信息(或标识信息)的目的。 通过射频识别系统采集到的待识别物体的特征信息通常情况下先由中间软件进行处理，或直接将采集到的识别信息通过计算机信息处理技术(如数据库技术等)及计算机网络技术(Intranet & Internet技术)实现信息的融合、共享、远距离传送等直接服务于有关的业务应用系统。 基于RFID的飞机维修工具管理可以成为先进航空公司的重要组成部分，可以使得整体维修工作高效、快捷，是航空公司持续安全准点的运营的重要

浅谈航空维修中的工具管理(一) 【摘要】航空维修离不开工具,工具的科学管理有利于提高飞机维修的质量,有利于提高劳动效率,有利于加速资金周转。工具的科学管理需要在工具的供给、工具的分类编号、工具的清点及修复更换上制定科学规范的制度。 【关键词】航空维修工具管理订购点 航空维修是一项精细作业,工具的质量、精度、完整性等都影响飞机维修的质量,以至于影响飞行安全。工具的科学管理可以保证工具有效可用,并保证工具完好,不会缺失,所以要进行工具科学管理的研究。在飞机维护过程中使用的各种工具,同资料、设备一样,是飞机维护人员的左膀右臂。在日常的维护工作中,经常使用成百上千件工具,它们的种类繁多、规格复杂、数量很大。因此工具的科学管理,对单位的安全生产、提高劳动效率、改善维护质量、减小劳动强度、加速流动资金周转,都有着十分重要的意义。 维修单位工具管理的主要任务是:把质量好、价格低、合适的工具供应给各维护中队;做好工具的分类编号;建立健全工具的清点制度;对需要修复、更换的工具,及时进行修复更换。 1、工具的采购、供应 首先,维修单位工具管理部门应该根据本单位维修工作的要求定购合适的工具。一般工具分为标准工具和专用工具两大类。标准工具是指,有标准规定,一般由专业生产工具的厂家制造。维修单位需要这类工具时,应选择质量好、信誉高的品牌。专用工具是指,限用于某机型某零件上的工具,一般由维修单位自行组织设计、制造。外购工具应事先提出计划,由供应部门负责购入。自制专用工具,应纳入生产技术准备计划,编制工具生产计划,交由工具车间生产,及时供满足工作需要。 对于标准工具,应有一个订购计划。订购计划的制定应充分考虑工具的订购点(即维修单位需要订购某一工具时,这种工具的库存量)与工具的日常消耗、库存的关系,使它们达到一个平衡,从而既加速流动资金的周转,又保证了工具的可靠供应。工具订购点的确定可以按下面公式计算: 工具订购点=最小库存量+平均日消耗量*订货周期 举个例子:某单位一个月消耗30把十字解刀,订购十字解刀的订货周期是20天,十字解刀的最小库存量要求是10把。那么这个单位应该在何时订购十字解刀呢,即它的工具订购点在多少呢?

航空器维修常用工具的使用 航空器修理很大程度是工具的使用，各工种都配有相当数量的工具。工具是提高工作效率，保证质量的前提条件。本章通过对常用手工工具和量具的名称、功用及使用等基本知识的介绍，使维修人员熟悉各类工具的名称、使用和功能，从而掌握正确的使用方法，减少不必要的损坏，提高工作效率。 第一节常用工具的使用 1.1敲击类工具 一、锤 （一）、金属锤 其特征为一端为平头，另一端为球型头(图l—1)。通常用于某些部件的敲击。材料有铜，铝，钢等，钢制锤头由于其锤面设计硬度大，只能用于锤击较硬的金属部件，而不能敲击铝及铜等软金属部件和螺栓。这类锤的重量从几十克到上千克不等。其重量是按无手柄的锤头重量来规定的。 （二）、横锤和直锤 横锤和直锤的特征为：在锤的一端用横向或纵向楔形端代替了圆头锤的圆头端。用于对金属板的初始弯曲或校直金属端边。横锤楔形端与手柄中线垂直，直锤楔形端平行于手柄。 （三）、非金属锤 它用于软金属的成型加工和软金属部件及容易致损表面的敲击作业。锤头所用材料有木料、牛皮、橡皮、塑料及合成材料等。不同的锤头材料其硬度各不相同。某些合成材料制成的软锤，其锤面硬度可根据需要更换，从而适用多种工作环境(图1—2)。 使用敲击工具时，应该根据工作任务选择相应材料的锤头。要检查手柄是否固定牢靠。敲击时，应以前手臂作为手柄的延长，用弯肘挥动锤头。在一些锤击力要求不大，空间狭小处，可以用手腕的活动来完成，被称为腕击。应使锤头的端面始终垂直于所敲击的工件；并应注意保持锤头的表面光滑，无污垢，以免损伤工件。 二、冲子 严格说，冲子不应算锤击工具，但冲子可使锤击力准确集中一处，发挥锤头的敲击作用，并使锤击力得以很大增强。冲子可用于定圆的中心，定钻孔点，在模板上描孔定位和除去损坏的铆钉、销子或螺栓等。 冲子按冲尖形状分类，可分为以下五种。 (一)针冲 它是将模板的尺寸和孔 的位置描绘到金属材料 上，为金属材料的加工提 供基准标志的制痕工具 (图l—3)。针冲冲尖比较 尖且细，使用时切勿用锤头重敲，以免损坏冲尖或使加工材料损坏。 (二)中心冲 在金属上钻孔时，需要用“中心冲”冲压一个较大的压坑(引导窝)。这样做一是对钻孔定位，二是防止钻头钻削时跑位。中心冲的冲尖大约为60°角，冲体比针冲粗重。中心冲有两种形式：实心中心冲(图1—4，A)和空心中心冲(自动中心冲)(图1—4，B)。自动中心冲在冲体(手柄)中央装有弹簧助力装置，当冲尖对准要定中心的位置并按压至一定的力量时，冲尖在部机件的作用下产生足够的冲击力，从而在金属上冲出大小适宜的压坑。冲尖冲击力大小可通过调整手柄的旋钮来选定。
